Everyone very pleasant and Trisha who did the hearing test was brilliant and explained everything beautifully so we could understand exactly what was happening.
We were also given plenty of time to ask our own questions.
Will be seeing her again in the future.

Claire is a great audiology. Gave time to explain all that I needed. Very friendly and so much a people person. This is the third time I’ve seen her and couldn’t ask for better.

The whole experience at the Hearing Centre was very professionally handled and I was very satisfied with the overall outcome.

Candice, the audiologist, was really great at explaining everything to me and the tests were very comprehensive. Unfortunately, the price of the hearing aids and after-care were little bit shocking to me. If it hasn’t been for that, then I would definitely have come back to you.
