The audiologist that supported my mumâŠ
The audiologist that supported my mum was amazing.
Firstly, the case was not clear cut and my mum had been experiencing extreme pain in her ears for many months. The audiologist was patient and determined to try to help my mum and spent ample time with her.
Secondly, her knowledge was of a high level and managed to fix the issue and now we have more information as to how to continue to help my mum.
Honestly I could not have imagined that we would leave with such brilliant outcomes to my mumâs hearing issue.

My visit revealed how badly I needed hearing aids, the audiologist explained everything clearly, was very polite and we had a few laughs, fitted me with a pair of hearing aids and I left feeling much happier than when I arrived.

The whole testing and fitting processâŠ
The whole testing and fitting process was explained and carried out in a professional manner, in easily understood terms, with additional information given when necessary. After less than an hour I was able to walk out being able to hear the world as I hadnât done for several months. I thoroughly recommend your service. (My wife will be pleased, no more repeating herself)
