AVOID!!

I purchased Cleanly for my new business as it is advertised as the best plugin for a cleaning business but this couldn't be any further from the truth.

Firstly, the english used on the plug is awful.

Their website is beyond basic as an account holder.

Most importantly, their 30 day guarantee is a lie. I purchased Cleanly and I spent 5 days trying to work out why the form did not load onto my website correctly. It was massively spread out, the cart on the right had side would disappear and reappear. If you previewed the website via a mobile, the website was very distorted. I would make changes to how the form read on the website, I would save the changes but it wouldn't update onto the website.

I messaged support to request a refund as the product I purchased doesn't work as advertised and I found it extremely difficult to use. Support was unhelpful and just sent me a link to their refund policy which includes allowing them access to your website and 'allowing sufficient time to fix the issue' this is a small and new business and do not have time for them to 'investigate'. Why would I give strangers access to my website?

They have a product, that doesn't work correctly, which they want to be paid for and fix their issues while you're paying for it.

Please do not waste your money on these conman.

Poor communication + very slow fixes despite lifetime license

I bought a lifetime licence for one of ThemeDev’s plugins, expecting reliable support and prompt fixes. Unfortunately, my experience has been deeply frustrating:

The plugin didn’t work as advertised with Stripe Checkout.

It took well over a month just for the company to acknowledge the problem and begin providing a working version.

Even now, forms that need to be translated still can’t be translated properly — months later.

I’ve repeatedly asked support how to locate certain strings in WP backend (so I can translate them), and they refuse to provide an answer.

For a lifetime license, this level of support / transparency is simply unacceptable.
When you pay up front, you expect things to be functioning properly and support to be clear.

I would not recommend ThemeDev based on this. Their promises do not match how they follow through, and their support is very slow / not helpful when you need deeper technical clarity.

Highly Recommended for WordPress Email marketing!

We were tired of the constant hassle of exporting WordPress contacts to our EEmail service. NextCRM solved that by bringing everything into our WordPress Dashboard. Now we manage our lists and send newsletters without ever leaving our site. It's a simple solution that has saved us a ton of time. Highly recommended for WordPress Email Marketing.

I purchased the next3offload plugin expecting it to work with a private bucket (my mistake for not reading every single line in the policy and documentation). After exactly one hour, I contacted support for assistance. They informed me that the issue was related to iDrive E2 and not their plugin. I then requested a refund, but my request was declined, and I was advised to contact Idrive E2 directly to resolve the problem.
This is so frustrating. In two hours, they refused to refund or take any action regarding the plugin's code. Very poor refund Policy.

The central issue comes down to a documented product requirement that was overlooked prior to purchase. Our plugin requires public bucket access to display images on a public website. This is an industry-standard technical requirement, not a unique policy, and is stated in our documentation.

When our support team directed you to this information in your ticket (#22016), your response was, "I see it now, anyway." This acknowledgment is the key to understanding this entire situation.

Therefore, the problem was not a fault in our plugin's code, but an incompatibility with your specific iDrive E2 account settings. Our software was working perfectly, but was being blocked by your provider's policy. Our refund guarantee covers faults in our product. Since the issue was confirmed to be external and the requirement was acknowledged by you, it does not fall under our refund policy.

To say our team "refused to do anything" is inaccurate. We diagnosed the external problem, advised you on how to resolve it with iDrive E2 (as many of our other customers do), and even offered to assist you in that conversation, an offer for which we were not provided the necessary access to proceed.

DO NOT waste your time and money on this plugin.
For over 3 months I am going back and forth with the tech support and NOTHING works the way it's promised. The answer after 5 days with random screenshots that are irrelevant but don't actually TEST what they say so it's more and more and more that is broken. I am beyond frustrated.

Stay away from these Plugins. They do not work!!

I purchased the Cleanly plugin in February and quickly realised that the plugin does not work as advertised and gives a very poor user experience. I raised a total of 10 support tickets with them to give them chance to resolve the issues and I was very patient and understanding. After 2 months of going backwards and forwards I politely requested a refund because there were still many issues outstanding and the plugin was unusable. They refused and are blaming me for not giving them access for long enough. They had 2 months to resolve these issues before I had to look for another plugin because I had deadlines to meet!

While we acknowledge that 8 of these tickets addressed valid issues, we also observed that you frequently opened new tickets instead of continuing the conversation within the original threads. This made it challenging to maintain a consistent and efficient support process, as our team often had to retrace steps and gather information that had already been provided. We consistently directed you to your original ticket thread to keep the support process streamlined.

We dedicated significant effort to addressing the issues you reported, and our team worked diligently to provide solutions. However, we want to emphasize that the final issue you encountered was a compatibility conflict with a third-party Avada theme. This conflict was entirely within the Avada theme's codebase, and, as we clearly mentioned in our policy, we are unable to guarantee compatibility or provide support for conflicts arising from third-party themes or plugins where the issue is not within our plugin's code.

Despite this, and as a gesture of goodwill, we made an exception to our policy and issued a refund, even though your refund request was made after our stated 30-day refund period. This was done to ensure customer satisfaction, even though the problem was outside our control and our stated policy.

We are committed to providing high-quality products and support, and we take all feedback seriously. We are sorry that the third-party theme conflict could not be resolved, which was not in our hands. We encourage you to review our policy regarding third-party compatibility.
