Purchased Next3Offload from them, the plugin didn't work out of the box due to the theme not correctly sizing images (not their fault). Images would offload but not display and the support helped me within a day to make the appropriate changes to the theme code and correct the problem. Seeing the negative reviews, I was worried, but it turned out fine after all.

This support is the best i ever had!! Response time like max 1 minute, i had a problem activating a plugin and within 5 minutes it was working perfectly!!

I recommend everybody!

Very poor and awful communications.
Plugin Cleanly doesn't work well!

I bought the plugin Cleanly on 16/11/22 and used it for only a week for my client's website.
I told them this plugin doesn't work well and I want my money back as they promised it. WITHOUT QUESTIONS.
I show you evidence below, of course!

They promise to fix this problem, but this is a month, already. How is possible that?
I asked them and they answer me: "Right now, our maximum support members are on holiday". Gosh!!!

I used a better booking plugin for my client's website and told them I don’t use the plugin Cleanly anymore. I tested it only for one week. Doesn't work!

I want my money back, but no response from them!
I write them on chat, by platform, and by email! NOTHING!!!

After nearly two months of struggle, they returned to me the amount of the purchased plugin (although not all of it).
They refunded me when they made me delete my comment!
"Hi Dani,
Please remove your review first, your refund will be processed as soon. let us know after remove your review."

This is not the way to be loyal to your customers! Of course, I'm not about the money, but about you lying to your customers!

NextWoo is excellent plugin for WooCommerce, good and fast support. Good UX, in Desktop and Mobile, with good options to adjust it.

They have an excellent support team; I primarily use NextWoo, and they're really helpful!!

Do send emails which are not GPDR proof without an unsubscribe link. When I email them, they do not reply or remove me from the database.
