BUYER BEWARE!!!

I recommend doing thorough research before purchasing. In my case, I found the refund policy to be very restrictive, and the NextCRM software did not meet my expectations compared to the screenshots shown on the website. Support was difficult to reach—emails went unanswered, the online chat directed me to submit a ticket, and responses through their payment processor, Paddle, were limited. Based on my experience, I personally would not purchase again.

Very Disappointing Indeed!

Please - be very wary of purchasing this product Next3 Media Offload, we spent alot of money with them, and honestly, having initially thought it would be great for our clients, we were extremely disappointed, and we feel as though we have been scammed.

From the very first moment we bought this product, it didn't work properly with many issues. Numerous back and forth with their support, finally got the first issue sorted, however, despite assurances that we wouldn't suffer any problems, we proceeded to upload the plugin on another client's site, and low and behold, we had issues again.

20 days later, and we still have problems...

Support is very slow to come back to you, and if you are based in Europe, you'll find it difficult as they close in the afternoons, and only open again very early hours in the morning. Average waiting time was probably 6 hours or so, which just doesn't work when you've got image issues on a client website!

In one instance they even tried to blame another product for the fact that their one didn't work, it was only when I challenged them on it, that they agreed the issue was theirs.

I wouldn't have minded if the product had worked immediately and then had one or two issues, but for the product not to work since day one!? That's just not right...

We were fair & patient throughout the whole process, it's a real shame that they haven't been!

Despite numerous requests for a refund, which they ignored at first, they have now refused based on the fact that they can see it working... the only reason it's working is because we stopped using the product!

Please - don't buy this... it will be a real waste of your time, and your money.

Effortless Media Optimization with Next3 Offload – Exceptional Support and Seamless Integration!

I recently had the pleasure of using the Next3 Offload plugin, and I’m genuinely impressed! Themedev’s customer service is nothing short of exceptional—fast, attentive, and incredibly helpful. The team is quick to respond to any questions, making the setup process smooth and straightforward.

As for the plugin itself, it’s a powerful tool for WordPress media optimization, seamlessly offloading media files to various cloud storage options like Amazon S3, DigitalOcean, and others. We synced into Bunny as we already have this platform in our current stack. It worked wonderfully. The automatic URL rewriting and image compression features allow us to drop a few other plugins which is amazing.

I’d highly recommend Next3 Offload to anyone looking for an offload media solution.

Beware...

I'm not a client, just someone who just had a chat with their customer support.

I explained I wanted to give a try to their Next3 Offload plugin.
There's a discount going on, which cancels the refund policy: "Please note that we do not refund if the product has been purchased at a discount."

This plugin is meant to do many, complicated things, so I'm not sure it's gonna work in a complex environment. Therefore, I asked for a solution to buy the plugin, so that I can test it, then if find out it doesn't work in our environment, get a refund.

It's just code + activation which cancels if refunded, so no reason for them to worry.

Well, they don't offer this: it's whether I buy the plugin, yearly or lifetime, with the current discount and no refund possibility, or... well obviously that's it, no other way to go.

On top of this, they require us, in case something doesn't work as expected, to accept giving them access to our website the server/admin. Which I'm not willing, even restricted, for obvious security/privacy/website stability reasons.

Those are 2 red flags for me.

I'm not saying the plugin is bad. Just that a company that's not willing apply a real refund policy should be treated cautiously.

Avoid the Offload Media Plugin - A Complete Disaster

I bought the Offload Media Plugin from ThemeDev on the 31st of July. The very next day, I informed them that the plugin was not working with Amazon S3, and I asked for help in resolving the issue. Unfortunately, the recommendations from their support team didn’t work, and I was forced to make the difficult decision to try a different setup with Amazon S3.

Even after following their guidance, the plugin made my website slower rather than improving performance as promised. All the functions that were supposed to optimize media offloading ended up doing the opposite. After struggling for days, I decided to delete everything, recover my media library, and switch to an alternative plugin from another company. The new plugin worked exactly as expected — something ThemeDev’s plugin failed to do.

I requested a refund from ThemeDev but received no response. When I reached out to Paddle.com Inc, they redirected me back to ThemeDev, saying that the refund request had to be handled by them. To date, my refund request has been ignored.

I strongly advise against buying this product. It’s a catastrophe. Save yourself the headache and look for better alternatives.

"I am quite surprised by the response from the company and the unprofessional approach. To clarify the situation: I have reached out for your support a few times (the tickets, by the way, appear to be deleted by Themedev or at least are not accessible to me anymore).

Furthermore, my emails concerning the refund from August 30th, 2024, and September 19th, 2024, were never answered. A month is more than sufficient time to find a resolution, whether it involves continuing our business relationship (which was not my choice) or issuing a refund, which is guaranteed by law.

If you choose to reject any refund request, please do so in written form, as it seems like a decision has been made without ever communicating it to the customer. What kind of business world are you operating in? If you ask people to pay for your product, then please ensure an appropriate level of quality or refund your clients when they are dissatisfied with your service."

Themedev—Next3 Offload, Worth It? No, they are a cash grab company that make fraudulent statements to get people to buy it.

Themedev and their plugins, especially the next3, could be good a plugin in specific circumstances. Unfortunately, it didn't showcase/demo for what we were looking, and we were unable to test our sites requirements in their limited demo.

We thought about purchasing the plugin and put it into their cart and looked around for information about the plugin and saw a few tutorials online that made it look like it would for our needs.

When we went back to the cart and went to their checkout, they showed a badge saying 100% No Risk Money Back Guarantee. We clicked on their refund policy which only mentions the refund policy for a defective refund (ie, they have tried to fix it 3 times and it didn't work and then they refund), but there was no mention about the stipulations for the 100% No Risk Money Back Guarantee. So, thinking that this means that as a company believes in their product and that if you buy their software, they stand by its effectiveness and if it doesn't suit your needs, they will return with No Risk of financial loss to you.

Well.... this is NOT true.

They use this statement in the checkout to fraudulently entice people to buy their software and then proceed to not refund the software within the 30 days, or within the 3 days which was when we requested a refund because it didn't suit our needs and our use case situation.

Instead, they tell us that they will only refund if it is defective software and only if they have tried to fix it 3 times, which is not what 100% No Rish Money Back Guarantee Means.

I have asked them several times to support their No Risk Money Back Guarantee, and I have also asked Paddle to assist with the money back, but Paddle Payment Processing has stated they will not because it is the vendors choice to return the funds. Essentially saying that it is ok for their vendors to utilise their payment processing software to make fraudulent statements to entice people to buy software.

As a software plugin, it could possibly be a good piece of software.. but seeing as how the company functions with fraudulent statements in the checkout, and seeing as how the 1-star reviews are growing on this site, I am guessing they have some other systemic business issues going on and themedev.net is a money grab company using Paddle Payment Processing to steal money from people with their fraudulent claims.

I would recommend staying away from this company and avoiding them at all costs as well as their Next3 Offload WordPress Plugin.

They are not in business for their customers, but instead to take money in a very questionable ways with fraudulent statements and promises of a 100% No Risk Money Back Guarantee.

Edit: See their response, the reason is given in this review as to why it was requested, the software doesn't work for our needs. The "check" to the refund doesn't say anything in regard to how their "100% No Risk Money Back Guarantee Works", which is on the checkout page. They are a very questionable company and this is why their 1-star reviews are rapidly increasing.

Paddle didn't refund because I made the mistake of asking Themedev / Next3 to do the money back and waited too long due to talking with Themedev for the money back. By the time I messaged Paddle it was too late.

Avoid them and find another software to do what you need and don't join this list of growing 1-star reviews like the rest of us who went before you.

Let us clarify.

1. It is impossible to buy any of the plugins unless and until you tickmark on the field that you agree to our refund policy. It is a prerequisite before making the payment. We have the link to the refund policy on multiple pages of our website including our checkout page.

2. If you checked our refund policy, we have had clearly stated that you must talk with us if you have any issues either via live chat or support ticket, and if we fail to solve the issue within 7 working days, we shall refund the full amount.

However, you failed to let us know about any issues with the plugin and just asked for money-back for no valid reason. We do not have a ‘no question asked’ policy and we didn’t advertise about it anywhere, did we? We see asking for money-back for no valid reason or issue as a part of the spamming technique that many do. Spammers just use the plugins and then ask for a refund without any valid reason or issue mentioned.


3. If you could show us a single valid issue that we would fail to resolve in 7 days, we would definitely refund your money. As you failed to do so, we could not process the refund as that would be a violation of our refund policy by ourselves.


4. When you asked the Paddle for settlement, they contacted us and we gave them the link to our refund policy along with all the information about your purchase.

And you see, they were convinced that we were on the right path and thus didn’t refund the money to you.

If they would find us wrong, they would have surely refunded you the money, right? Would you now blame that Paddle is bad too or they are fake too just for choosing the right course of action?


So, it should be clear to you and the people who are reading that we have not violated any of our policies and Paddle confirmed it too.

Terrible plugin

The plugin did not perform as advertised and failed to integrate with any system. I requested a refund minutes after purchasing upon discovering its poor functionality, but my refund request was denied. I feel this is a money scam.

Before going to share our POV, we would love to give the readers some context. You bought the Cleanly plugin for WordPress, made for cleaning businesses, from us, could not find your preferred CRM integrations, and asked for your money back immediately. Refused, you added your review here, right?

1. You complained that our plugin did not perform as advertised. Now, if you have ever checked out our Cleanly plugin’s landing page, we can guarantee that we never mentioned that our plugin is natively supported by all the CRMs available out there on earth. We listed only NextCRM in our integrations list.

2. We let all interested buyers check the live product demo before purchase, we even encourage you to do it before you purchase it and you can’t even buy a product unless you click to verify that you’ve read our refund policy where we asked everyone to understand all the features our product have.

We also have live chat support for any kind of presale questions. We, as long as we have sense, do not ask anyone to buy something not suitable for them.

Did you ever read that refund policy at least once? Did you ever tried our live demo at least once? Did you contacted our live chat support at least once? If you did any of these, you would definitely understand that no product on the earth satisfies every demand/expectations of every individual.

In our refund policy, we have also mentioned that, if you are not satisifed with our product, you have to contact our technical support for help and give us max 7 working days to investigate the bug/issue. Though you contacted us, but you were talking aboout an integration we never advertised about. We suggested from technical support to you that using hooks you could get what you were looking for, and we were ready to help you regarding that.

But all we got was a shocking reply from you: “GO F### YOURSELF”

You used Dirty and Unprofessional language and that was beyond our imagination and completely unexpected from you. We never expect and support such an illogical behavour with our customer support employee, who is also a human being, NOT A ROBOT!


We have decided not to refund your money for following reasons:

1. You violated our refund policy which you agreed to before buying our product. You didn’t try our demo product, didn’t contact live chat, asked for an integration immediately that we never advertised of.


2. You have disregarded our help for you and even ended the conversation with F words, which is insulting to the whole company.

Themedev is a scam

The plugin is slow and lacks many advertised features.
Their support is not only slow (usually days to reply), but also lacks knowledge of WordPress and their own plugin.

I wanted to use their 30 days money back guarantee, but they aren't honoring the guarantee made on their sales pages about 30 days money back.
I now have to go through my bank with a chargeback process to get my money back.
Stay away from ThemeDev and their Next3 plugin

Stay away from this company

Bought Next3 Offload Developer, plugin is broken, support ask for admin access whats extremly strange, they can't fixit, wasabi is no more compatible with the plugin, they disable my lifetime licente before the 30 day money back periode, refuse to reffund. RIP 400$. Edited post to add #6728, order id 58501977, you removed the ticket, I can't help with that. Cheers

Edit2: As said was no ticket because was deleted by themedev, I opened a new one: #13156, I will be glad to change my review and experience with themedev if the reffund arrive in my bank account.

Scam Company - Suggest Avoiding

Scam company, plugin Next3 Offload does not function, refused refund for an unuseable product less than 24hours later with no grounds whatsoever.
Disappointing business in the WordPress community, if you're looking at the Next3 Offload software, look elsewhere...

They scammed me good

They scammed me good. I bought some software. It didn’t work they made it look like it works but it doesn’t. Basically bought an empty folder. Then if you ask for a refund they make you jump through whoops. They want you to create and account on their website to ask for a refund which is completely insane. Any company that makes it that hard to get a refund doesn’t want to give it to you. After you do all that they say you will hear back from them in 1-3 days. So that is weak AF. I emailed them and basically said if I don’t get my refund in 1-3 days I’m going to dispute the purchase as fraud with my credit card and this is where I’m at right now. What a joke.

They are from Bangladesh so shout out to Bangladesh.
