Utter Rubbish

Steer clear, they will rob you of your money, this company needs to be shut down.... not received the items and some bogus proof of delivery

The fact that they advertise a fake 4.5 star trustpilot review at the top of their website is wild. I purchased the film roll keychain a month ago and just received it in the mail today. I paid $30 for this gift ($10 for standard shipping “tracking & insured” even though they never give you a tracking # to actually check the status). The actual keychain doesn’t even look like what they advertise. The end part where you pull out the film is supposed to have a camera icon but instead is just a piece of metal. The opening also has this cheap fuzzy material that they photoshopped out. The film photos themselves are a bit faded and not clear. Don’t waste your time and money!

This is a scam company.
I bought a valentines day gift 2 months ago and I still did not receive it yet.
They dont answer the emails and it is just annoying.
Do not buy it. It is a scam

I ordered from this absolute JOKE of a “company” back towards the end of November, got sent my tracking and didn’t see movement for WEEKS, then after finally seeing an update it was at the local usps and out for delivery it was finally ‘delivered’ but when I went to check the mail, it wasn’t there. So I gave it another day or two. I reached out to the “company” multiple times to keep getting the same generated message back saying “we’re working on finding a resolution to this issue and we’ll get back to you as soon as we find out what happened” which they never did, and I asked for a refund multiple times only to find out I wasn’t going to get it due to their ‘policy’ this place is nothing but a scam to take your money.

One star is too much for this company,

they received my money back in 26th November. To which still no goods at Christmas. The delivery says 10-15 working days anyway eventually get the tracking code to which it sad it’s been returned as they hadnt put my door number on the delivery. I reached out to them asking for a refund to which they said I would have to wait till they received it back or they could redeliver at a cost of £8. Obviously I said to them it was their mistake in the first place why would I pay more for delivery. Just refund the goods.
Anyway another month has gone by we are now in the middle of February and I thought they have got to have the goods back now so emailed asking for my refund.
Below is the reply they sent.

I wanted to inform you that your parcel has been returned to our warehouse. Unfortunately, due to our company policy, we are unable to process a refund for returned items. However, we can reship the order to you if you'd like.

I placed a Christmas order early November, payment was taken straight away. No delivery so I started chasing and getting replies slowly but mainly saying the same auto generated message. I had to keep emailing and eventually they sent me a photo of proof of delivery which wasn’t my door so then asked me to prove it wasn’t with a picture of my front door! Roll on another 2 months and numerous emails from me, they have said they will refund(taking 3/5 days) but that has been over 2 weeks and I still haven’t received my money back.

Adding to the spew of negativity here. They truly are terrible. "Customer service" refuses to help in any way possible and just avoids answering any question directly. Blaming other departments for delays in responses. I've had this issue for an order that I place mid-December hoping for a nice Christmas present, but now (early Feb) I still don't have the goods.

In reality, this is just a scam. A company that made the most of Christmas stocking fillers and failed to deliver in every dimension. Now the owner has made a tidy profit to the loss of many customers.

Ordered before Christmas and after reading some negative reviews i thought that i had been scammed and when I hadn't received my item was a little dissapointed and now truly believed i had been scammed BUT i still held out believing it would come and Boom it finally came delivery took a while but the company came through . Top marks to them wouldn't hesitate to order from them again .

SCAM. HORRIBLE SCUM WITH NO MORALS.

How fu##ing dare they.
I actually received there product, snowflakes and they were nice quality but the pics were of some random woman and daughter, they did respond and promised the order would be resent with the correct pics ,however 6 weeks later still nothing and no response.
They pray on using people's loved ones that have passed to have them be part of Christmas with their pics inside the snowflake, how fu##ing dare they have my pic and either send them to some other random order or not even use them, total disregard for something so precious, after a pic of my brother that died 1st Dec 24 and gran that passed 31st Dec the year before.
Angry and hurt beyond words

Ordered beginning of December, hoping for it to arrive by Christmas. No tracking number was sent, so I had to follow up to request on. Tracking has said it is "In Transit" for nearly two months now. I have emailed asking for a refund.

I’m sad to read the bad reviews on here. My experience of this company was nothing but first class. I did have a small issue with the photos used and this was immediately responded to and rectified with replacements. The quality of the snowflakes I purchased was far beyond what I expected at the price paid, they are truly beautiful and will be treasured for years to come.
Just order in plenty of time for the date you need (these aren’t an overnight purchase as I’m sure there a lengthy process needed for manufacturing)
If you do have a problem email and I’m sure you’ll receive kind consideration as I did.

Shocking company who despite forcing you to pay express (fast) delivery of £8, you have to wait over a Month to get what I can only described as a cheap plastic key ring that’s faulty and nothing like described. Don’t waste your money or your time trying to chase them up as you do not get a response and if you do, it’ll be a fob you off template. The only thing they’re good at is telling your bank that the shoddy item they sent has been delivered so you can’t even get a refund.

Ordered goods early December, received them only a week ago to receive 2 keyrings of the same dog rather than individual dogs which I sent on several occasions via email......they then have the cheek to ask me to send a video of proof the keyrings are incorrect!!!!!! Never again

I placed an order for 3 keyrings in November for Christmas presents. When placing the order I received an offer of getting a 4th keyring at a reduced price. I continued through the order but it did not give me the option of stating or uploading the photo I wanted to use on the 4th item. I emailed with in 6 minutes to advise what photo I wanted as it never gave me an option. I received an email to say that was fine and information had been passed onto the fulfillment team. Order arrived 2 weeks late after several emails. When it arrived it was wrong and they had not used the photo I wanted but duplicated on another photo. I emailed immediately to rectify the issue and I still have not received what I ordered to this day! Customer service is appalling and they blame me for their mistakes. DO NOT use this shocking company all they do is rip you off!

Don't think this company has the know how to improve. It should be shut down.

Appalling customer service!
Initially ordered three keyrings for Xmas presents on 13th November. On checkout I got an offer of a fourth keyring at a reduced price. I took this offer and emailed the customer services the picture I wanted for the fourth keyring as advised on the site. when my order eventually turned up around mid December I noticed that I only received three out of the four key rings with one of those being the wrong colour and the picture being printed on its side. They did eventually send through the correct colour. The main issue I had was the fact that I hadn’t received the fourth keyring, after emailing customer service numerous times with all the details they kept asking for videos of the issue. How can I send a video of a keyring I haven’t received?! This has now been going on for two months with the same stupid responses from customer service. I’ve asked for an escalation contact but they are unable to provide that all they do is ask for videos of the problem. Like seriously! All I want is my keyring, which is now a month late as it was a Christmas present. Good luck to anyone ordering on here if you have a problem as it’s like talking to a brick wall. I will never purchase from here again, and I would certainly not recommend.

Never buy from this company as their customer service is useless and their products are not as described.

Complete catalog of errors from immediately after placing my order.
1. No tracking number received
2. Chased multiple times before receiving tracking details
3. Arrived 10 days later than advised
4. Arrived faulty
5. Countless (more than 7) emails sent to resolve damage issues
6. Multiple ignored emails

STILL no resolution 1 months later. Issues still ongoing.

Terrible experience. Ordered Early December in time for a pre-Christmas delivery according to their website. The item is still not here, customer service contact is awful, just resends a robotic “copy and paste” email telling me how I must be excited to receive the product & doesn’t respond to any questions or when I ask for a refund. They send a tracking number and they think it answers the question but tracking info provides nothing.

Save yourself the money and time, don’t buy from here. I wish someone had told me that before Christmas but that is life ☺️ some people are just out to scam, they’ll get there karma one day

Scam company delivering cheap goods and misrepresenting on their website. The picture of the item I ordered was absolutely nothing like the keyring I received. It looked like a cheap knock off from Temu. Furthermore the keyring they sent me had no chain/keyring. Absolute joke!!!
When I contacted then for a refund they’ve ignored about 10 emails.
DO NOT BUY!!!
