Sadly disappointed. Took over a month to deliver, and was only provided a tracking number when I chased an update after hearing nothing for two weeks.

Item eventually came a month after ordering and then was sent the wrong item completely.

I appreciate this maybe a small business and I can accept delays during a busy time but to then eventually get the wrong item is compounds the disappointment.

Do not use!! Ordered 2 and wanted 2 different sets of pictures. On placing the order it states that if you have other pictures to send an email. I placed the order in November and emailed the pictures over instantly. Order came end of November with 2 lots of the same pictures. I complained and keep getting the same response back. They said that my order had already been processed before they received my email! Absolutely rubbish.. I’ve demanded a refund but they keep replying with the same c**p. Do not use this company at all! I wish I read the reviews!

Although the delivery was sooooo long. Ive received my order and WOW . 5stars
for product. Absolutely amazing. For better feedback, shorter delivery times would be much much better but the item is so cool. Absolutely love it. If you order just be mindful that delivery can take 6weeks. But its honestly worth it

If i could give 0 stars I would.
Ordered on 8th November and as of 10th January still yet to receive the products. I've contacted customer services numerous times and only received an automated reply that its being looked into. I requested a refund in December and haven't even had an acknowledgement to that email.
Usually i check reviews of sites from instagram ads before ordering and wish I hadn't forgotten this time!
Save your money and don't risk purchasing from this website.

So…….the delivery wasn’t as fast as I expected but that’s my fault….didn’t realise the company isn’t in the UK. Anyway….the product was for my sister who was delighted with the gift and it actually arrived on the birthday of my brother in law which was perfect. Thank you. Would definitely order from again.

I was concerned after ordering that I fell for a scam site. But after placing a order mid December it is here. They sent me a tracking number two days after ordering, saying it was shipped with 48hour royal mail. But the tracking did not update till the 1st of January and it only showed here on the 9th... as it said "Awaiting parcel from sender" for a long while..
The quality of the product is cheap. And not worth the money they ask for. The do state product can take 7-15 working days to get there. Which suggests its international, not domestic shipping. (This was confirmed with customs forms on the package)
The keychain has the correct photos and actually got here hence my rating. But they're not as vivid as the photos on their site suggest but they do have that transparent film quality to them. But yeah takes a while and is not good quality.
Save your money and get them made by a small business on etsy. Not a mass drop shipping site.

It took almost 5 weeks to arrive. So far too late for the intended Christmas present. When it finally came it was one of the cheapest things I have ever seen! Barely functions to try and wind the film back into the cheap plastic chassis

Like most people here we fell for this drop shipping scam.

Paid £20 for a photo keyring my wife saw on insta. Usually I check review sites and all the usual drop shipping sources before ordering this stuff but my wife really loved the idea of one of these products so I ordered quickly to try and get her the item before Christmas.

4th Jan the product finally arrives and it contains 15 photos of a family that isn’t mine, which subsequently means that my family photos have gone to a stranger which alarms me greatly. AI responses to emails and products found on Chinese websites for less than £2. Do not use this scam site.

After waiting for over a month, my order arrived with someone else’s photos! Probably means that someone else has received my photos. I’ve tried to email but no response. The quality is also awful and not what I expected.

I ordered my scrapbook the beginning of December and although it took longer than expected to arrive I was happy with what I received. I emailed the company and they answered me back the next day and kept communication up until delivery.

The worst experience with an online store I have ever had!
Customer service is absolutely appalling, it takes weeks for someone to get back to you, constant generic emails.
I ordered 2 of the mini photo album keychains with 2 sets of different photos, they sent me 2 lots of the same photos, promised they would rectify and send the correct ones, took weeks to arrive and they sent the same incorrect photos!
I placed this order on the 9/11/24 and it is now 8/01/25 and still not rectified.
Absolutely disgusting company.
AVOID!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

If I could give 0 I would. When I’ve placed my order on 11th December website was saying that I will receive before Christmas!! I have received my order today 07/01/2025 and 2 out of 3 items were broken!! Avoid at any costs!! I have emailed them multiple times and no response whatsoever!! And the quality is really bad!! Plastic cheap crap!!!

Do NOT buy anything from this company. I ordered 1st Dec, recieved today (7th Jan), they assured me before purchase the were in UK, they are not. The product is distgusting and very very poor in quality. Loads bads comments on their Facebook page. Stay away.

So disappointed. My personal photos, mobile number and email message were sent to another customer by email. Massive breach of privacy, I am appalled. Delivery has taken nearly 1 month since ordering, after being promised delivery before Christmas, tracking information was minimal. I ordered items as a Christmas gift for my mum however items were so late she has now travelled to New Zealand without the present. Customer service was not helpful, replied late and I feel very let down and feel I have wasted my money. Don't fall for advertising.

Would rate lower if I could. Communication terrible, ordered on 9th December, they lied and said it had been posted and gave a fake tracking number that never updated. When I emailed it was constant generic replies. After Christmas I got a new tracker that worked, saying posted on 28th December. Finally arrived on 4th January. Picture quality not as good as it shows on the website. Would not recommend in anyway. Wish I'd not bothered.

I ordered a personalised key chain on 5th Dec, it was stated that it would arrive before Christmas, paid £7.99 for shipping, and it’s arrived today (7th Jan), there was no communication and they did not respond to my messages. Now that it has finally arrived, it is so poorly made, it’s clear that it’s been made cheaply by some Chinese company, there was no packaging so if you want to give this as a gift, you’d have to buy your own box for it and on top of that the pictures are such poor quality, I can’t bring myself to give this to the person it was bought for! The picture pull out but they don’t go back in, so it’s faulty too!
I do not recommend this company. It is not what is advertised.

They stated that the item would arrive before Christmas (ordered 6th Dec) and one month on it still hasn't arrived. The customer service does not answer questions, simply puts the issue off. AVOID.

My credit card company managed to get my money back, thankfully.

Avoid at all costs!! It's a scam!! Ordered my items on the 6 December and are yet to arrive. Customer service terrible and refuse to give me a refund!
