Ordered a mini scrapbook and a personalised engraved keychain.

The tracking system is poor and I needed to contact customer service to get the actual tracking code. The postage takes a while too.

The mini scrap book took months to arrive and finally came a few days before Christmas. Quality is okay nothing amazing.

However, the personalised keychain was not included. After many emails back and forth with customer service, they finally acknowledged it hadn’t been sent and they would send it to me in.

In mid January, the keychain arrived and the quality on the engraving of my pet was extremely poor. The back of the engraving had another name engraved but was scratched out with my engraving placed over the top. Instead of making a new item, this is what I received.

I again contacted customer service and complained about the quality, specifically the scratched out text and included pictures for their reference as proof of quality. However, Emma reviewed the photos and because the text is what I requested it would not be refunded.

Poor quality don’t waste you time, effort or money.

Shocking customer service. Chose the fast shipping option and it arrived 26 days later despite their own standard timeframe being 15 days! Absolutely no communication after dispatch. Customer services extremely unhelpful but didn't pursue further after reading comments on here as didn't see the point.

One item was missing and the other was a keyring that was so flimsy it would of been embarrassing to give as a gift

Asked for refund for missing item and the poor quality one I'd received as it says on their website if youre unhappy with the item then u can return and get a full refund within 30 days. They refused.

This company is a complete scam. I ordered well before Christmas, was assured of 3-5 working days delivery. It arrived 8 weeks later. When it arrived, it was wrong and the pictures were of someone else entirely. I have been in dialogue with their customer services ever since but I am still without a refund. I raised the issue with PayPal however, they decided in the seller’s favour as it appears that providing tracking information - despite the item being incorrect - is sufficient to bypass the clowns who work for PayPal… Avoid this company at all costs - they should be shut down.

Would give 0 stars if possible.

I have been in communication with customer service since the item was 2 weeks late. In the end it arrived, a month late and 1 week after Christmas.

They have been entirely unhelpful and refused a refund despite the 30 day guarantee.

The product is also extremely cheap, not worth the money, and doesn’t reflect the website pictures

Ordered two key rings as Christmas presents on 13th December and was told there was a 5-10 working days turn around for delivery. One item arrived a couple of days ago but the other item has still not arrived. It was only when I requested a refund that they actually posted the second item and now I’m told i just need to be patient and wait for the item. The customer service is terrible and they can’t stick to promised timescales. Avoid at all costs.

Do not use. Ordered two in November. Promised by Christmas and still haven’t received. Not I’m asking for a refund but I keep being ignored and told that “someone” will get back to me. If I ran a business like this I would be out of business. I really wished I saw the reviews before ordering from this company. Don’t make the same mistake I did

I'm only giving one star as they have no zero option. Diabolical service, ordered beginning of December in the promise of Christmas arrival and received it today. Cheap , shoddy , tacky item, they should have just kept it. Iv seen better products out of temu. Would never use again and definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

I ordered a keychain over 1 month ago, never received- the tracking number isn't recognized on the portal any longer, and no one has responded to the 4 emails I've submitted to customer service via their website. This is either a scam or the absolute worst customer service; either way- save your money. Much better versions on Etsy and Amazon, which is where I purchased a new one after disputing the charge.

Ordered 17th December never arrived emailed and emailed asking for a refund keep getting told it’s been dispatched too bloody late a month after Christmas!!! Ignoring my refund request then having the nerve to email me to ask about my experience??? How do I get a refund?? How are they even still running?

I placed an order on 17th December, I was told that I will receive from 7 - 14 days, I still haven’t received this. I have contacted atleast 5 times regarding this and had no response!

The keychain is actually cute and was what I ordered, but the logistics of this company is horrible. Took over a month to receive my order even with "fast" shipping that cost even more than regular. The package was also within 40 minutes from my house then kept getting bounced around to other states. If they could get that under control they'd probably have way better reviews.

After reading the reviews on here after making my first order with the miniscrapbook I was convinced I had been scammed. There were delays in the order, I wasn't hearing much back etc. As off now I have retracted my 1 star review.

After doing some more digging, the company is based in China, the delivery will obviously take a while, there was a mass order during November/December which also adds onto the delays (Christmas, duh). I ended up forgetting about my order (6 weeks ago) until it had arrived last Friday.

I'll be honest it was a great product and my partner is extremely happy with it. Did it take nearly a month longer than it should've? Yes. Was it a legitimate product from a business based in a different continent? Surprisingly, yes.

If you are willing to wait a while for the delivery then I would say it is worth it but definitely order ahead of time!

Took a month for the product to arrive but quality of the pictures and the keychain is good, same as advertised. Customer service replied through Instagram, over all not a bad experience.

Although it did take 3-4 weeks to arrive i'm actually really pleased with the final product. The photos are very clear despite the other reviews and they make a very cute gift. My daughter and partner were made up with their mini scrapbooks. I also found customer service to be very helpful. I advise to order in plenty of time if these are gifts for a special occasion - i don't think people realise they are shipped from abroad.

Terrible customer service, I first contacted them on the 30th November and my issue is still not sorted. At one point they even sent me a response for another customer including his email address. Now they are not even replying. Terrible company, terrible customer service. DO NOT USE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, where they care about the customer not just the money

Products took over a month to arrive despite customer services repeatedly lying to me saying they were dispatched and en route to me and the tracking just wasn’t up to date - spoiler they hadn’t been posted yet
No apologies, no care given completely missed Xmas - given they were Xmas ornaments and gifts it was kinda the point
Customer service just repeated the same lie every time I reached out

Ordered two key chains end of November and still haven’t received them. The company are stating they were delivered but Yodel have gave me proof they haven’t and I’ve also sent this proof in an e-Mail to them. All I get is generated e-mails and when someone does contact me they just say their records say the keychains were delivered. This company just con people out of money, worst company and also customer service. Avoid this company!

Even though it took almost a month to arrive the product is very nice. The owner should do a better job communicating back to customers and letting them know the time estimation it will take to arrive. The tracking number won’t work until the product it’s actually shipped so if it takes so long to deliver it will show u as if it doesn’t exist. So if you are getting this product take in consideration that it will arrive, but late! so be constantly checking every time you can because i considered mine as lost and stopped checking in my mail box until someone came into my door to give it to me recently. I’m giving the 4 stars because it is not a scam as I thought it will be, but just consider it will take long to arrive before u buy the product. Once again the miniscrapbook is so beautiful and the quality of the pictures are very nice!

What an absolute disgusting company, I have ordered two key rings with my deceased dog picture in them, like stated on their site , they came weeks later and I can not see a thing !!!!! Absolutely pathetic and on their website states if your not completely happy with the product, a full refund no questions asked will be issued. Several emails later and still they’re saying no refund will be issued as the products were delivered successfully!!!!! Wtf . I have now contacted citizens advice and trading standards and they have agreed I am entitled to a full refund. Stay away from this website massive cons.
