We were recommended to Rachael by a parent at our daughter’s school. We had really poor service from a previous mortgage broker and this time around, we wanted to secure a new mortgage deal and further advance to make home improvements. We felt a little nervous about increasing our payments in the current climate so we had a maximum figure in mind.
