Fantastic experience. The service I got was impeccable-really friendly. I’m now set up with the perfume shop to get 10% off my fave brand and 15% in the month of my birthday…ideal!

Linda and Niamh from the Perfume shop in Buchanan galleries were really helpful. Linda had great advise and showed exceptional expertise in helping me to find the perfect scent for my boy`s birthday. Definitely would recommend.

I treated myself to my favourite perfume, Dior's Pure Poison at the Glasgow Buchanan shopping mall. The assistant Diane was lovely and even offered a very nice discount on the 100ml bottle. As I left I heard her being lovely to the next customer. I really appreciate good service and would definitely buy from this store again.

The product I was looking for was due in with the shops delivery that was due that day . The lady Diane that served me today went out of her way to go through her delivery as quickly as she could for me even dealing with staff shortages Diane gave me 100% of her attention and went over and above with her customer service I’m so grateful to her for all her help.

The lovely Diane put up with me asking her about all the Boss aftershave and introduced me to the newest one that was just out of my price range but got my lovely aftershave with a lovely smile and great knowledge.
