leaving aside the long delivery times blamed on Christmas when in fact the order wasn't sent, my chakra bracelet wasn't a chakra bracelet, not vibrant colours like the picture and in fact, the 7 stones were six - with clear quartz repeating twice.
after a long wait, a total disappointment and very poor quality overall.

The reading, rang a lot of bells for me, which gave me the clarity and the confidence, to move on in my life.

My original order went astray and I contacted the company. There was a swift response and a replacement amethyst heart was sent. It turned out the error was all mine - I had made a mistake with regard to the delivery address! A lovely company to deal with and the Amythyst Heart is beautiful.

They didn’t refund for items I sent back, I asked for the weight of the parcel they received and their answer was silence.

Lovely items all as described, postage was quick and everything well packaged. Will shop here again, thank you!

I purchased an emerald stallion in the rare collection, terrible quality, was wrapped safely but I thought it would have come in a nice box to, was also covered in a layer of dust.

But only send one...you will say that it clearly states on the advert but look again it's implied 11 stones

Tried to change address asap after placing the order before it was dispatched. My emails were completely ignored, the order was still dispatched to a different address. Wasted money and my time. No more. Costumer service is worthless they will ignore you no matter what. Well at least they got extra penny

I ordered 2 items. Paid VAT at the time. Through an error caused by The Psychic Tree, I was charged VAT again because the two items were, unbeknownst to me this would happen, shipped separately.
I reached out to An Post and because no one wants to take responsibility, they suggested I contact The Psychic Tree.
Customer service pretty much responded with oh well, too bad, stating it was a customs charge. My total, including VAT was approximately €29. An Post charged me VAT, again, and a "admin" fee. Total approximately €10.
Yes, I am most certainly following up with An Post as well.
But, unfortunately, will not be purchasing from The Psychic Tree again.

I normally purchase items from The Psychic Teee, but what caught my eye was the past life reading. I thought, 'why not? Let's do it'. Well, the following day after purchasing I received my reading. It was so interesting and makes sense.
I do not know the reader and they dont know me. They mentioned Native American and I am Native American and my current challenges.

Had a few orders with them now, and very impressed. Always prompt to post, clear on delivery - all the simple things that make shopping just a tad easier. Literally the only issue I have is struggling for self-control with their excellent and wide-ranging selections! Really recommended.

I am mainly happy with the quality, authenticity and price of the crystals. A lot of other stores sell amethysts, selenites, tumbled stones etc at a highly marked up price, but The Psychic Tree's prices are reasonable and affordable. They stock items for a wide variety of faiths and practices at such good prices! Delivery was quick as expected too. Would recommend!
