I understand that each crystal stone is unique but to display a pile of the best quality stones on the website to choose from and send out the worst possible examples (so bad I can’t even recognise at least 50% of what I ordered) is not great. Will never use the store again. Emailed to request a return label as they are so bad I want a refund.

EDIT: They have offered a free return label so I can return the items and get a refund but they did not address any of my comments in my email so I suspect that they are used to getting negative feedback about products and people wanting to return them.

Always order from here and always receive high quality items at a good rate. Sent quickly and lovingly.

I really loved the candles from Psychic Tree, but I would be hesitant to buy from them again since they use Fastway, who just left the parcel at the door without even knocking to let me know it had arrived. If they used An Post, I would be able to pick it up from the Post Office. I absolutely hate Fastway!

I bought uncut rose and clear quartz, they were a good size, just enough to fit a female palm. They were beautiful, and nicely packaged in a pouch with a leaflet explaining the crystals quality. Love it!

Excellent reading by phoenix she was amazing in all aspects of the reading. I will definitely be using her again for an email reading. It takes someone truly gifted to be able to pick up things accurately without speaking or asking anything. Holly at customer services was equally amazing too thank you both can’t wait to use you again.

The reading I received was incoherent, it didn’t feel like it was written by a human and to be honest it didn’t really make any sense at all. It’s nothing to do with the way I interpreted it, it was just all put together very strangely.

The first part of the reading didn't quite resonate with me. The rest of the reading was fairly accurate.

I'm 44 and having just lost my Mum at 69 in April 2025 to alzheimers, my Mum's closest sister and my best and closest friend got me some crystals and especially amethyst of which one is a pendulum so I can communicate with my Mum. I keep that particular pendulum in my car to protect me along with some of my Mum's ashes so this then got me thinking and looking in to more of this. Psychic Tree came up on Google as the UK's number 1 site for all of this so I took a look. Saw the ratings and reviews so ordered a lovely amethyst crystal pendulum which came with a guide book and little bag. Very fast and swift delivery, well packaged, lovely pendulum so now looking in to how to use this currently but having tried it a couple times today, definitely something there. I've tried religion twice, not for me. I've always been very spiritual and in tune with energy and auras, souls and so on, fate etc. So am very open to this and getting to learn more and have my pendulum tuned or as it says, programmed to me and especially my Mum 🪶✨️❤️🥹😢💔I'd certainly buy from Psychic Tree again based on my experience thus far for the first time.
