Took weeks . Sizes are skewed. Ended giving way. Has someone managed to send stuff back ??

Do not deal with this mob sent wrong hat old stock then wanted me to pay for the return . Be warned

I orders 2 hats for 75 $ ...a year and a alf ago.....never received them!!

I received my new hat today. No damage in shipment evident. It was shipped in a box that was too small for the hat. The crown was crushed and the brim was bent out of shape. There was no liner in the hat and I ordered a size “Medium” per their chart for a size 7 to 7 1/8th. I received at least a size Large which was probably an 8+ or larger. It was so thin it will not hold a shape. The hat was not a 6X. How about a -100X. Don't waist your time and money. I should have investigated more. The quality of the hat was totally unacceptable.The refund process is a joke. Real rating should be -100.

These are not real hats, more like child's costume trash from a dollar store. They are thin, garbage felt that will not hold shape, inferior bands, junk in every way, and are shipped from China in plastic bags, so they become even more misshapen and ruined. Eventually the crooks agreed to refund my money, but wanted their garbage hats shipped back to them, at my expense, first. Which of course means I would never see my money again, anyway. BEWARE of these unregulated thieves! Deserves a -50 score.

SCAM ALERT, DO NOT PURCHASE

I orderd what was supposed to be a poet fedora. The hat finaly arrived after nearly 2 months of waiting. It arrived in a small box (too small for the hat itself) and when i saw it, instead of a beautifully crafted beaver fedora, it was cheaply made in the most fake felt i have ever seen. The crown (the brim was the only part of the hat that was at least wierd but o.k.) was way to hard compare to a good quality fedora and it looked like the most generic chinese bootleg hat.

Fun fact, instead of an "threadhat" sticker on the box to certified the provenance, it was a generic white sticker and the "description of content" reads "T-shirt" and the rest of it is written in chinese...

It's a shame this chinese scam of a website is still allowed to be open

This company should not be allowed to trade under any circumstance. Not only are they pretending to be a company based in US, they do not follow what are standard policies in the e-commerce market. Following this pretence, they will offer you a fraction of the price as compensation in a hope to retain the majority of your money. This is clearly their operation. Sell and ship hats poorly made, offer you approximately 10% of the price and keep the rest.
If you take out a PayPal dispute against them, they will offer you more compensation but will tell you that they can not refund you whilst a PayPal dispute is open. PLEASE DO NOTE CLOSE YOUR DISPUTE!
This fraudulent needs to shut down asap.

Don’t do it! Fake hats from China not worth a dollar. Want you to return it to China on your own dollar to receive a refund OR you can keep it and they’ll give you $10. They say they have no packaging slips😵‍💫! Report Thread Hat co to the better business bureau!

I gave a 1 because lower was not a choice. Starting with shipping, they mark the hat as shipped as soon as you order it but it won’t ship for 3 weeks or more.
Once you get the hat (if it can be called a hat) you get a piece of felt shoved into a box smaller that the head portion of the hat and nothing more. You end up with a firm led up piece of cheap felt that looks like crumbled up cardboard.
Customer service is non existent. Save your money and buy leather from eBay for half the price

I purchased a size small 4x Cowboy Hat form this outfit. I received it stuffed into a small box and did not come in the size I ordered. Not even close! The customer service response was, it may be too much trouble for me to return it and reminded me the return shipping cost was on me. Suggested I keep it or gift it to someone else. Even offered me $20.00 to keep it as opposed to returning. Apparently, it's to much trouble for this outfit to offer quality customer service and make good on what a customer purchases. In my opinion, this outfit is a JOKE! A one star rating is too much praise...

Their website is impressive but it's only to mislead you to thinking this is a quality product. You will wait forever for a piece of garbage that is crushed. Goodwill won't resell this. For a Hobo at Halloween it might work...

Beautiful site, beautiful selections HOWEVER. I ordered a hat for a friend Birthday, had it delivered to him not only did it take almost A MONTH to be delivered when it arrived it had been shipped in a just plastic bag! thus arriving completely SMASHED and loss of all shape and could not be worn be. They didn't bother to ship in a proper box and padding to receive a quality product. I filed a complaint and demanded a new hat be sent and they had the nerve to say sure they'd send me one but I have to pay for the shipping. We have been going back and fourth with no resolve and now they are just ghosting being radio silent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Its not worth it. Go somewhere reputable

I cant seem to give this company negative stars. I have never written a review bit am moved to do so because of how bad this hat is. The pictures advertised are absolutely nothing like the hat I received. I received a hat that would be sold at a dollar store as a party favor, but paid for what I expected to be a genuine hat. Wish I could add pictures of actual product vs advertisement. Congrats to the company on the scam.

This has to be the worse dealings I had with any company. First of all 64 days to get my hat (which was a joke) to compensate they refunded me 6.00 on shipping,what a joke. When I finally got my hat today it was shipped in a very small box and had to be folded to fit in the box. Also guaranteed made in USA ,it came from China with tracking in Chinese which I do not read. I would send it back for refund but probably never get that. $70.00 bucks for a waded up mess plus it's the wrong size. I'll never do business with them or recommend them to anyone. The only reason they received one star is I couldn't leave no stars. But they DON'T DESERVE ONE STAR. VERY PISSED OUT BUYER

One star is probably one too much. I'm grimly disappointed. I ordered a Gamblers hat. It came, although not in the time specified, but it came.

In a plastic bag! Since Early bird didn't know what it was, they also managed to squeeze it into my mailbox, furthering destroying, what already was bad.

The only resemblance to what I ordered, is probably the colour. Apart from that, the quality of the fabric is very soft, which means the brim doesn't keep its shape. The crown doesn't look at all like the picture.

So will I wear it? Doubtful...probably not. A waste of good money.

So I complained - of course. Both as a message from my account, and as an email. It's been a month now, and no response whatsoever.

No confirmation email. No shipping confirmation. Not even an invoice in the too small box that bent the brim all up. Save your money.

I don't think I will deal with this company again ever ever I ordered two hats on June the 19th and to this day I haven't got a reply response or go f*** yourself or anything this is the lowest class service I have ever experienced ordering online and I hope to get my money back or my product soon I haven't even heard from this company that's pretty bad service for a hat company ....... I hope they get this message and get my product to me soon I'm going on 3 months already that's a shame. Pis poor service.

Very unprofessional company. They don't communicate at all. I am still waiting on my order. Then they will try to subvert paypal's system by communicating outside of it so they are not liable for their mistakes. They will also out right lie to you saying an item has shipped when it has not.

Ordered for Father's Day, paid for the faster shipping, and it hasn't arrived over a month later. The customer service is abysmal and they often do not respond at all. After weeks of no updates I emailed them to cancel the order and refund me, they did not respond and a few days later shipped my order anyway. This has been an awful experience, terrible company, would not recommend to anyone.
