I ordered 2 hats on tuesday 23 May 2023,
I was charged equivalent of USD 89 on my credit card but I have still not received any order confirmation NOR an order number. Not satisfied with the process nor the transparency of the transaction.
08 June 2023 ....Still no confirmation of order received, was told to be patient they will ship between 7 to 14 days, 15 Days later and still no confirmation of order, but monies taken within seconds of placing order!

I ordered two hats on April 30th and my credit card was charged for the correct order amount on May 1st. However, I never received an order confirmation and as of May 24th, haven't received the product or heard back from their customer service.
I've reached out via email 3 separate times and Facebook Messenger, but nothing.
