Be aware!!!! This company can't be trusted. You think you're going to buy from a USA company but payments will go to China, and this is not declared on their website.
You'll never get an order number or an order tracking number, neither an order confirmation's Email.
When you contact the customer service there is a bot answering with a repetitive set of answers.
No phone number to call.
Put all things together and you have a clear view of a looking like fraudulent company.

This is by far my worst experience with online shopping. I purchased 3 hats from this "company" on May 8, 2023. I had completely forgot about the order after I reached out to inquire about delivery. To my surprise, the hats showed up on my porch on June 28, 2023. Here's the catch. Was I plesently surprised? NO! The hats arrived in a plastic bag and were completely crushed and TOTALLY UNSALVAGEABLE! $110 DOWN THE DRAIN. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!

This is a joke hat company . Don’t buy anything . Hats are a POS . What a joke . Don’t understand why Face Book allows this crap to be advertised on the systems .

A straightforward way to know if a company is a mainland China purveyor of false advertised goods is to just look at the coherence of the English in the About Us section. This sham company stands out pretty easy. Pure BS folks.

I had no issues with the hat I ordered! At $40 i didn’t expect it to be the authentic $300 hat…It’s a reproduction from China…And I knew that ordering, and the hat is fine

Fraudulent Company
The product I ordered was not at all what I received. It took almost three months to arrive, and 10 or so emails to their so called “customer service department”!
What a joke. No refund offered.
The product I received looks like something you would buy at the dollar store made out of cheap costume felt. It didn’t arrive in a box, instead it came in a cheap bag and was completely crushed, not that the fedora they sent would hold any sort of shape made out of that kind of ridiculous material.

Completely fake. I reported this company to the fraud cyber crime department of the government and they contacted the RCMP to investigate and charge.

After almost two months my order arrived but it is not what I ordered, it does not correspond to the model, size or quality either.
The product that I received is much less than what I bought
I do request the return of my payment or the shipment of the correct product.

Scam company, stupid of me to had been fished

Arrived from China in a padded envelope so completely out of shape. It’s a complete piece of crap. Nothing like the photo. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM SITE!!!!!!!
Be warned.

Worst online buying experience ever! One star is too many. They took my money a month ago and never shipped product. Stopped responding to my emails. Filed a dispute with my credit card company. Knowingly take orders rather than tell you item is backordered then ghost you. Stay away from this company.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This site is a straight scam. After nearly 6 weeks, the hats my husband purchased arrived in plastic bags and totally crushed. Communication is poor and they only have an email address on their website. PLEASE save yourself the inconvenience and your money!

The worst purchase ever made online The quality is poor! Then they were also shipped via USPS in a black plastic bag, and so they were crushed and disfigured.

Buyer beware!! I can only repeat all of the same criticisms. I have yet to hear back from them. Their entire website has no personal information at all, no physical address, no phone number, and no domain name, only a Gmail account. Do not buy from this bogus operation.

I placed an order on May 2, 2023... It is now June 20, 2023 (51 days later) and no product in hand. To say I'm still waiting would be a joke. They responded to a couple of emails that I inquired about my order. After that, they've cut off all communications. Facebook should be held accountable for allowing these @#$! to advertise on their domain. My bank tells me it could take up to 3 months to complete an investigation. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

Hat shipped in plastic bag, was so out of shape I don’t think it can be shaped to wear.
Also it’s Chinese sixes so an XXL is to small for my head. Cheap Chinese produce.
Sent an email complaint and have not heard back from them.

Absolutely garbage. From the mail box to the trash there is no way that they should be able to operate in the US arrived collapsed and unwearable .

I should've read the comments before buying. This website is a scam and people should not be allowed to do this. its not even the hat i ordered and it comes in a plastic bag all crushed. its a costume hat that was poorly made, the brim is soft and it really isnt worth it. and now i cant get a response when i ask for the return form. SMH DONT BUY FROM HERE!!

Dreadful quality hat that took an age to arrive, crushed and folded into an envelope. Avoid like the plague.

Lowest quality piece of crap I've seen. My mail carrier shoved it in my mailbox it's so cheap and it came in a plastic bag and not a box. I hope their honest enough to give me a prompt refund. They can have this POC back. Don't order from them it's all lies. I suggest anyone screwed over by these crooks to call the FTC as I did and file a complaint. Luckily I have the packaging with a USA address. I'm also filing a BBB complaint.

Crap. Ordered the "Western Desert Top Handmade Sergio Anzani Hatmaker" What I received was a far far cheap cry from what was advertised. Went straight from my mailbox to the trash bin. Facebook should be ashamed of itself for allowing this company to post on its site. I will NEVER order anything based on a company's advertisement on FB. If I could give it zero or MINUS stars I would've.
