Pretty impressed with my 30L hybrid bag to be fair… The materials seem fairly high quality and it looks amazing, overall I’d say it’s very consistent with its advert. One small issue I’ve had, which seems to be a common thread is a small stitching issue. The external pocket has developed a rip, which at the moment isn’t causing too much of an issue but may become a problem in the future. Not quite what I’d expected from a serious outdoor equipment provider, given I’m using it for commuting to work, but overall a minor issue. Would still recommend

Fantastic bag! Very Durable fabric. The only issue I had was that my zip bust (it happens!) The company had no problems replacing the bag for me immediately as it was covered by the warranty. Great bag and great customer service!

I had a Swiss Gear laptop bag that was 15 years old and somewhat passed its best. I wanted to find a replacement to see me through the next 15 years and my search brought me to Three Peaks. I am sick of all products doing a race to the bottom these days and making materials 'cheap'. The Three Peaks is NOT this! They've created a brilliant bag in the 30l Hybrid.
I did have an issue with one of the internal zips. The communication from Kevin at Three Peaks was very fast, friendly and efficient. I returned the bag to them (at their cost!), they received it on the Monday, they fixed the issue on the Monday and I had the bag shipped back and received Tuesday! All with updated communication details of what was going on!
Really delighted customer - highly recommend the bag and very highly recommend Three Peaks as a company!

I rarely write reviews but I feel compelled to this time bc I am so pleased. I recieved my bundle the next morning with free delivery. I got a grey 30L hyrbrid, a camera sling, a camera insert and a packing cube. The camera accessories felt so sturdy that I thought they were stuffed with foam, but no. The main backpack is fantastic, it looks rugged but not too garish. I did just have a problem with some failed stitching on the backpack. Reached out and within hours and without hesitation, they had arranged a replacement to be delivered. I almost feel a little guilty as they haven't asked me to send the original one back. However they aren't cheap products, so they addressed the fault perfectly. That being said, I am not disappointed with the value for money, the bundle made me a significant saving, and the quality is fantastic!

Awesome piece of kit.

I'm ex Commmanos so you know what to look out for with reliable kit - It has decent straps (I'm always sceptical- but it's proven me wrong,) zippers and seams are all good. It's waterproof also as a bonus.

I got the 42L Adventure as I need kit for my job as a fitness coach.

I use this bag DAILY, run to and from the gym, and have all sorts of kit in the nice compartments this bag has.

I love it, would definitely reccomend.

Even had an issue, spoke to customer service (Kevin) and he resolved it that same day.

I thought I'd left a review already but can't find it.

The bags are amazing and awesome customer service.

I bought a bag from Amazon but wanted to change to the 30l version do I could make it modular as when I bought the inserts from the website they didn't fit.

They allowed me to return the bag and stunt me other the new bag at no additional cost.

I now have a number of their products, they are extremely well made.

Only change I would make would be to the "slide-on" buckles, I just can't get on with them and find they get in the way.

Still get 5 stars from me though!

I've purchased a few items over the last couple of years from Three Peaks (22l commuter, 42l duffle, cross body bag) and they are all superb. But wanted to highlight the customer service, I've had the 22l commuter bag for probably 2years and the zip stitching come away just slightly on a curved part.

I emailed to ask if they could recommend a fix and was told send some pics, I did and now a replacement is on its way. No quibbling, no massive forms to fill out just fantastic service.

Yes they are a bit more pricey than some bags but you get what you pay for.

Bag was a decent quality but ultimately not for me. Returned the bag and heard absolutely nothing back, dropped a message and still heard nothing back.

My brother recommended ThreePeaks to me. Just ordered my second pack. Brilliant, awesome service, and quality products! I travel 235 days a year out of the country, their bags nail it! I hope they build into all travel luggage and don't ever compromise on the quality! Highly recommended, keep up everything you're doing Guys! I'm invested!

The Three Peaks GBR team has provided exceptional and fast support for all my inquiries, both before the purchase—regarding billing to an address outside the UK—and after the purchase, with information about the package itself.
For my part, this level of service deserves this review to recognize their hard work and to help other users make a decision if they need to.

The bag I ordered didn't quite meet my use case so I returned it (and the associated accessories) to get something else but I came to say the returns process was smooth and they refunded me very quickly. I get the sense it's a solid company and I like to back UK businesses where I can. The bag was of excellent quality for the price paid - I think they've nailed the price point. As my kids get older, I can see me coming back to these guys to get affordable, good quality stuff for our trips.

Zip broke after 18 months and they sent me a new bag free of charge within two days. All they asked for was a photo of the damage. Extremely impressive customer service. Highly recommended.

I have one of their bags, the zip broke, which is a normal thing. I contacted and they'd sent a new bag within a day. Excellent customer service.

I bought the Camera Sling 6L and overall I’m quite happy with it. The design looks nice, the colour and build feel premium, and it’s comfortable to carry. I did notice some stitching coming off in a few areas, especially around the upper hook section, which was a bit disappointing. I also don’t understand the choice of bright orange lining inside the bag since a full black interior would have looked cleaner. Still, it’s a quality product that feels durable and well made for everyday use.

I’ve only just discovered this company over the summer holidays and tried them out buying a rucksack for work.

I was genuinely blown away with not just the quality but any design that combines functionality, aesthetic and cost as all priorities of their customers rarely happens so I guess I didn’t expect all three for such a kind price point.

They have also considered their ethical and environmental impact on the planet and I am now a self professed brand ambassadors, and props to be so.

This last week I ordered a second smaller day back and today I placed an order for a third.

You could say that I am now hooked and addicted to the Three Peaks, Great British brand.

Well done one and all who created that lot for the world to enjoy.

So my review is based on my customer service experience. I had a problem with a zip. These things can happen. 6 months into my ownership. I made contact with customer services and ended up connected to Kevin. No fuss, all dealt with by means of photographic proof. My replacement arrived the next day. Three Peaks kit has always had my vote, backed by this no-nonsense customer service it is 5* - Well done and Thank you.

I googled tech backpack and the Three Peaks website came up and presented me with a great choice of bags, I opted for the Travel/Commuter 25L and it’s brilliant. I had searched high and low amongst the main travel luggage manufacturers and I couldn’t.find anything that I liked, the Three Peaks range is great, lovely looking bags with a great design. The ordering process was very easy and the delivery swift and I was kept updated, I can guarantee I will shortly be ordering more bags. You will not be disappointed.

Got the 24L commuter. Top top quality backpack with all the compartments you need. Very easy to access everything inside the bag with the drop-down zip. Comfortable when cycling into work. Looks good too!

I have brought lots of bags and accessories from ThreePeaks and I'm always happy with the quality of the products.
I recently got the compression bags and even without using a pump to extract the air it's possible to compress clothing by just rolling.
Lovely lightweight and comfortable bags too.
