We do understand how frustrating and inconvenient the delay must have been, particularly given your schedule that day. We were sadly unaware how time-sensitive this clean was but also understand that the quality of the clean itself met expectations

In relation to the invoice, as our cleaners are self-employed, invoices are provided directly by them. We understand this has now been arranged following your request.
