I have been with time for you for 4 weeks and every week there is a disaster. Week 1, a sick call, week 2, the cleaner who had not yet turned up resigned, week 3 a message telling me that the cleaner would be there on another day, I responded saying I wasn't available, they still turned up on that day. Week 4. New cleaner, called in sick. Then fill in cleaner sent on her first day, who I don't believe had training. I requested a call with the manager and 4 days later have had no response. Freddie visited us at home after we enquired about cleaning service. He explained really well what his company do. He is very polite and very friendly to us.
He made us feel at ease. At first I was wondering why he wanted to see us. He reassured us to find a cleaner that matches our needs. And we are very happy for the young lady he sent us to clean our home. He is transparent in his dealing with us. He is a good communicator - explains everything in detail that we don't need to ask many questions.
It is just brilliant service. He answers quickly to my messages. So far we had two ladies who came to clean as the other went on holiday. I was notified beforehand and given the name of the lady who's going to come and the contact number.
I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends if they're looking for cleaning services.

At the first meeting with Joe it became very clear that he was passionate about his business and wanted us to be happy and comfortable with our cleaner. Initially we had a cleaner we were very happy with unfortunately we were too far away for them to continue however we then got the wonderful Averil. This lady is the epitome of of cleanliness, very professional and we would trust her with everything. I feel Joe has been blessed with having Averil working for him and I (and my late partner) cannot thank Time for You enough for letting us have two of the best people in our home. Oh yes should anyone else get the opportunity to have Averil for their cleaner, she loves a cup of tea ( but donât expect her to stop cleaning while she drinks it).

Was excited for the cleaner to come spend 3 hours as my health has made it hard for me to clean. Was v disappointed that not even basic dusting/polishing was undertaken. Kitchen floor not mopped (mop broken by cleaner and not informed!) and unsure what cleaning was actually done in 3 hours. Was anticipating a call back from franchise on Thursday and heard nothing.
