All Time For You Branches Nationwide and Independently Owned. Time For You provides properly screened and vetted self-employed, part-time casual domestic cleaners to private households. The tasks performed would typically include normal household cleaning duties such as vacuuming, dusting, washing down paintwork, cleaning toilets and bathrooms (and depending on franchise areas) ironing. Poor management company
Was with them for almost two years.
Despite moving down to fortnightly cleans and warning them that due to a change in circumstances I may be cancelling, when I eventually gave notice they accused me of breaking contract and trying to take the cleaner on personally to avoid management fees.
Their 'apology' was simply that others had done this.
Wouldn't reccommend.

Very disappointed and let down
Dawn responded to my enquiry very quickly and came to assess my cleaning needs. I am disabled and have just had building works done so she suggested 2 cleaners working together for 3 hours making a total of 6 hours cleaning time, and 3 hours fortnightly thereafter. This was scheduled to be a thorough clean down and a long list of cleaning products required for the day was sent and purchased.
Dawn told me that the cleaners had been thoroughly briefed and understood the task.
When they arrived, I walked them around the house and made myself available should they be unsure of anything.
As I was working in the front room, I said that I would do that room to give them more time to concentrate on the rest of the house.
I should have been alarmed at how little noise I heard from upstairs and that neither vacuum was used for very long.
5 minutes before their 3 (x2) hours were up, they appeared by the front door having "finished". The stairs had been wiped down but I noticed the banister was still grubby from the plaster dust. I asked one of them if she knew how best to clean it. She didn't know. I suggested some wood cleaner which she went to get and then rubbed a little bit at a couple of square inches and then shrugged.
After they had left, I walked around the house expecting to find it gleaming. How very disappointed I was. Nothing had been done apart from rearranging the cushions on the sofa (without vacuuming) and moving my bath rack and shampoo without cleaning the bathroom. Most of the rooms had not been touched.
They had made a half hearted attempt at mopping the kitchen and hall floors but hadn't bothered moving a glove and had mopped around it. This is an example of the standard they thought was acceptable.
I feel let down and violated and, had I paid them (it was to be bank transfer to the older women, her mother-in-law, who would pass on the money to her daughter-in-law), I'd be feeling scammed. I have no idea what they were doing in my house for so long, but they most certainly weren't cleaning which is disconcerting.
Photographs were taken and Dawn contacted. She was apologetic but as these women are self employed, there is not much more that she can do.
Would I recommend? No
If there was a regulatory body to which I could report the women, I would.

During the pre-clean visit, the business owner explained that the volume of belongings would limit what could be achieved in the time booked. It was agreed the property would be tidied in advance following building works, however the cleaners reported many surfaces and windowsills were still covered, restricting access and the level of cleaning possible.
It was also discussed that our cleaners do not work at height, so high ceilings, Velux windows and related cobwebs could not be cleaned thoroughly.
Two self-employed cleaners attended for the agreed six hours in total and confirmed they worked continuously. Some areas were only surface cleaned due to concerns about moving potentially valuable items, and no photos were taken as requested.
For clarity, neither the introduction fee nor payment for the cleaners’ time has been made.

Time for you cleaning services-Sam
I asked Sam for a cleaner who could help due to my medical condition as I hadn't been able to clean for weeks. Sam helped immediately and found someone who is trustworthy and excellent at her job. Sam listened to my requirements and matched me with someone who 'fitted the bill'.
When our cleaner has gone on holiday, Sam checked in to see if I required a replacement in her absence. I'm not sure how many people would do that.

Saves me so much time.
I was a little dubious about having my house cleaned by a company. I work nights full time, and also study at university full time so my time is very limited.
Having a new bathroom and kitchen, it became very evident that I didn't have the skill nor the time needed to maintain my investment..
I have to say, i'm so happy. My cleaner is great, cracks on immediately, never pesters me. We set a time and he's always on time, works immediately and is always prepared. My house smells so good when he's gone and my bathroom and kitchen still look brand new. Super, super happy with this decision!

Awful Experience with Time For You Cleaners - Sean power Canterbury branch
I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Time For You has been so disappointing that I feel it is important to warn others.
After being sent four different cleaners in a short period of time, I eventually cancelled the service over the phone. The constant turnover of cleaners meant I was repeatedly having to show new people around my home and explain everything from the beginning. It became more time consuming than it was worth and completely defeated the purpose of hiring a cleaning service for convenience.
Despite cancelling over the phone, I later discovered that they continued charging insurance payments to my account because I had not sent a written cancellation. At no point did they contact me to ask why no cleaner had attended or whether I wished to continue. They simply kept taking payments without providing any service.
When I raised this, they refused to refund the payments already taken, even though no cleaning had taken place. They only offered to cancel one upcoming payment as a gesture of goodwill which does not address the money they continued to take while providing nothing in return.
To make matters worse, they involved me in an internal investigation about one of their cleaners and made inappropriate insinuations that had nothing to do with me. Their tone throughout has been defensive, unhelpful and lacking any sense of responsibility or customer care.
Overall, the experience has been stressful, unprofessional and extremely disappointing. The constant change of cleaners, poor communication and refusal to refund payments for a service not provided has left me feeling let down and taken advantage of.
I would strongly advise looking elsewhere for a cleaning company. Time For You has been a complete waste of time and money, and I will not be using them again.
