Tommy Hilfiger + DHL = Big trouble. I don't recommend it.

Jeg har købt flere artikler hos Hilfiger.com og har returneret en del af dem. Det er altid gået hurtigt med levering og ved returnering er pengene kommet ind på min konto på mindre 10 dage efter jeg har sendt varerne retur.
Undrer mig over de dårlige anmeldelser.

Product is good. Please consider fast delivery and expecting good packing. Outside packing was good but inside one is packed with cover and another one only have the box only.Expecting better packing next time.no other concern

Beau jean, mais la livraison est catastrophique. Pas de notifications concernant l’avancée du colis, j’ai appris qu’il était arrivé en point relais en cliquant sur mon compte. Carton arrivé déchiré et ouvert, vu le prix c’est un gros manque de respect envers le client.

Zamówiłem buty online na prezent. Przyszły inne. Inny model i inny rozmiar. Nic się nie zgadza.

Very good quality and the delivery was fast and clean.

I like the quality of the products and the prices. Delivery could be a little faster.

Mi experiencia de compra en línea ha sido francamente decepcionante. El pedido sufrió un retraso superior a cinco días y, para intentar solucionarlo, me vi obligado a realizar reiteradas reclamaciones ante la empresa de transporte, realizar llamadas y dedicar un tiempo excesivo en largas esperas, sin obtener respuestas satisfactorias. Para agravar la situación, el paquete llegó roto y abierto; uno de los productos estaba en mal estado y completamente aplastado. Este proceso ha resultado ser frustrante y, sinceramente, no volvería a realizar una compra en esta tienda. Considero que el servicio ofrecido ha sido inaceptable.

I purchased a reversible belt in black & tan as well as a navy blue water repellent thermal rip stop padded jacket for my son for Xmas. I did this with the help of the supervisor at Westgate Centre, Oxford. I had a voucher and there was a sale on and she sorted out the discount as I’m not techy and it was a little complicated. The items arrived so quickly from the Netherlands, even though they said there was a delay. Very pleased with the delivery information. The only thing that could be improved is the box they came in, which is not the quality I’d expect from this brand.

Easy to use website and good choice of quality merchandise only issue is you can’t use the promo discount for signing up to their newsletter on sale items and don’t find out until you get to check out.

Je suis très contente de ma commande !
Le seul bémol concernant cette livraison est le carton d’emballage avec le nom de marque écrit en gros , ce qui peut attirer les convoitises… D’ailleurs il est arrivé abîmé et je pense qu’il a certainement été ouvert ..
Je recommande à la marque d’envoyer les produits avec des emballage qui ne mentionne pas leur nom en gros. C’est tout.

I was very kept informed with my order journey by email. The payment options are good. I was very happy with my new purchase 🤗

Très déçue de ma dernière commande.J ai commande un pull col roulé en promo qui est arrivé avec un défaut au niveau de la couture des épaules. À son arrivée j ai donc voulu faire un retour… déjà les problèmes commencent… on vous demande des photos et tout un tas d explications par mail et via whatsapp… et ensuite ils font les morts.. j ai du relancer plusieurs fois pour qu on me réponde enfin: retour accepté (encore heureux!!! Le pull est décousu!) Je souhaite alors re commander le même pull mais entre temps, le prix est passé au prix fort! Ils n ont rien voulu savoir et me faire bénéficier d un code promo… je suis vraiment très déçue du traitement des problèmes de cette compagnie. SAV complètement inexistant. Il ne faut absolument pas avoir un pb avec sa commande. Je ne renouvellerai plus l expérience et irai désormais qu en boutique ou via Amazon.

My daughter's jacket arrived on time but was too small, as we could not work out the sizes. However, the return was straightforward, and we were able to buy another one. The quality of TH items is always great, prices are reasonable, and even the Royal Mail didn't disappoint. I love the brand.

Expérience à renouveler sans hésiter. Produit de qualité, délai de livraison respecté !! seul bémol la livraison colis déchiré dans la boîte aux lettres dommage pour un cadeau !

I found exactly what I was looking for. The search made it so easy. My wife wanted to replace her favourite coat with the same model but a different colour. And there it was!

Online baby­sokken besteld bij Tommy Hilfiger. De verzending ging snel, maar ik kreeg een melding dat het pakket was afgeleverd terwijl ik niet thuis was. Er lag ook geen briefje in de brievenbus. Na contact met de klantenservice startten ze een onderzoek bij DHL, die beweerde dat het pakket persoonlijk aan mij was overhandigd, wat absoluut niet klopt. Tommy Hilfiger nam dit klakkeloos over en liet het daarbij, met de mededeling dat ik maar een officiële klacht moest indienen.
Heel teleurstellend hoe er met klanten wordt omgegaan. Het ging nu om een paar sokken van €20, maar het had ook om een veel duurdere bestelling kunnen gaan. Voor mij geen bestellingen meer bij Tommy Hilfiger.
