Czekam tydzień i nic. Firma "krzak". Kurier wywiózł paczkę gdzieś w pole i tam zostawił. Reklamacja nic nie dała. Tommy.com olał sprawę. Im jest obojętne. Kurier DHL porażka. Obsługa porażka.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service, i ordered some shoes recently, when i ordered the shoe i realised that i ordered the au size incorrectly. Messaged the customer service team and they replied back that they were unable to make the change, called cus service and although the shoes hadn't been dispatched they would not be able change the order. Poor and wont buy through their website again.

Point de livraison non respecté et modifié - Sans avis initial

Processus de commande et rapidité d'expédition au top comme à l'habitude mais livraison très décevante.
Le point de livraison demandé et confirmé lors de la commande n'a pas été respecté par le prestataire qui semble avoir de lui-même modifié cette adresse sans nous en avertir.
Grosse perte de temps et d'organisation en finalité

Disapointing supply

This is now the second time that the package has not been delivered to the requested location. I had to wait 15 days this summer to retrieve my package due to terrible delivery service. This time, the package was delivered to a post office 3 km away from the delivery point that had been requested initially.

To feel important; get Tommy Hilfiger products, you deserve the best!

I have never been disappointed with the products bought from Tommy Hilfiger. It's improved my taste for good products that it's not only they're expensive but the reason for being expensive is the quality of style and durability you get from the products. In other words, what you pay for is what you get. So proud of the price matching the quality from the products.

Statt weiße Hosen, gelbe Hosen mit starkem Stretch

Ich habe schon einige Artikel von Tommy Hilfiger, T-Shirts, Pullis, Socken, und die sind gut! Doch meine letzten Bestellung war so richtig daneben! Ich habe 8 verschiedene weiße Hosen bestellt, da ich Physiotherapeut bin, und auch Hausbesuche mache, und eine festere, wärmere Hose als die üblichen medizinischen Arbeitshosen haben wollte! Im Onlineshop sahen diese Hosen auch sehr einladend, rein weiß aus, mit hohem Baumwolle Anteil (98 %...) Was ich bekommen habe sind gelbe Hosen, und alle waren dazu mit mehr oder weniger starkem Stretch! Also ein moderner Strampler mit Tommy Hilfiger Logo! Sehr ärgerlich! Hätte ich so nicht erwartet!

La mochila muy bien, la entrega fatal

La mochila que pedí muy bien, pero la empresa que utilizan para la entrega (CORREOS) es un desastre. Mi pedido era un regalo y puse la dirección de mi trabajo. Intentaron la entrega dos días seguidos... ¡a la misma hora! Puedo entenderlo el primer día, pero que insistan al día siguiente a la misma hora, no tiene sentido. A parte, no hay forma de contactar con ellos por teléfono para modificar la entrega o ir a recoger el paquete. Tampoco me dejaba hacerlo desde su página. El "asistente" de la web de Correos da respuestas automáticas: cero utilidad. En resumen, el regalo llegó tres días tarde. Muy mala experiencia, no repito mientras repartan con esta empresa
