Deuxième commande sur TH.Com. Les produits TH sont de très bonne qualité. Cependant, imposer une autre adresse de livraison que celle choisie initialement est tout simplement inacceptable et fait baisser la note de mon expérience. Dommage !

Je recommande la marque et l'achat par l'intermédiaire du site internet car ma commande est arrivé rapidement et surtout elle est conforme aux caractéristiques de vente du produit et correspond tout à fait à mes souhaits.

Ik heb net Tommy sneakers gekocht, maar ik ben erg teleurgesteld. Binnen nog geen maand is het logo aan de binnenkant volledig verdwenen, alleen door het normaal aantrekken van de schoenen.
Bij originele Tommy schoenen is het logo óf stevig genaaid óf duidelijk en duurzaam aangebracht – geen simpele logo die zo snel loslaat.
Voor mij voelt dit niet als een origineel product, maar als een neppe schoen. Dit is absoluut niet de kwaliteit die je van Tommy mag verwachten.

Payed for 1-2 Express Delivery, which took 5 working days to arrive. UPS label says 'Standard Delivery' which is not what I paid for. To add, the box came like it had been ran over by a truck. Lol jokes on you I'm returning in store where I will be demanding a full refund, AVOID.

Nice coat, really poor online experience. Needed to cancel order straight after (literally) and couldn’t get through to anyone by phone or chat, really frustrating that order was sent, having to return. A real waste of resources and very poor customer service. Order also took a very long time to arrive. Would buy Tommy H again as like the clothes but need to improve your service a lot.
