Usually I really like the quality of Tommy items however I’ve had a pair of trainers where the sole has fallen out. I understand defects happen, but trying to resolve it has been a nightmare!
Tried to email them with no response, I’ve rang them to be told they can’t respond to outlook emails (what?!) and I must use the live chat option to get my issue investigated.
Wanted to escalate to a complaint but been told I can’t (what?!) and must email them my complaint, yet they’ve told me they won’t be able to respond.
Customer service is shocking!

Paket kam leer an. Nach sofortiger Reklamation bekomme ich 3 Wochen später die Info, dass das mein Problem ist. Geld ist weg und keine Ware geliefert. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Katastrophe dieser Kundenservice.

Wij hebben een heren horloge gekocht 3 weken geleden. De goudkleurige band wordt nu al kaal. We hebben de klanten service van Tommy Hilfinger gemaild. Deze zegt niks te doen daar er geen garantie zit op de band. Sorry maar hij is 3 weken jong. Dus echt een gevalletje slechte kwaliteit . Als je na 3 weken geen alternatief aanbied of geld terug, dan sta je niet achter je eigen producten.
Zeer slechte service!! Ik ben zwaar teleurgesteld in Tommy!

Very poor quality for a well-known brand. My jeans lasted less than four months with normal use before becoming badly damaged.

Even worse, I contacted customer service several times and received no reply at all. Completely unacceptable.

I would not buy from this brand again.

I buy Tommy Hilfiger clothing from John Lewis, House of Fraser and direct from Tommy Hilfigers website and I am always delighted with my purchase, and it comes quickly.

I’ve been buying TH for years and from my experience the quality of the clothes has deteriorated. The t-shirt was so flimsy and thin you could see the light through the holes in the material, the fleece zip was flimsy and struggled to undo it on arrival, and it did not look great either, like it had faded a bit already. Not what I was expecting for a boy’s £75 fleece. The 7 year old’s t-shirt I bought looked fit for a 3 year old (no mention of it being cropped on the website and didn’t look it in photos). Waited ages for the order only to have to send the whole lot back. Really disappointing for the brand.

Il capo ricevuto era chiaramente già usato: emanava un forte odore di sudore, presentava evidenti macchie di deodorante e, nel complesso, le condizioni erano pessime. È inaccettabile ricevere un articolo in questo stato, soprattutto considerando il prezzo elevato.

Mi aspettavo un prodotto nuovo, pulito e ben confezionato, non qualcosa che sembra essere stato indossato più volte. Questa situazione dimostra una totale mancanza di controllo qualità e rispetto verso il cliente.

Assolutamente sconsiglia.

In de shop: fijn contact met medewerkers die veel kennis hebben van alle producten, niet opdringerig maar wel bereid te helpen met alles

I ordered a bag, but it arrived without the strap. This was a huge mistake and a massive waste of time. How is it possible to sell a bag and then not include its strap? Such carelessness is completely unacceptable. I am very dissatisfied with this service.
