Scam
Scam, they have all the main functionality “indefinitely paused” for upgrades. They marketed all these services and then none are available, customer service is nonexistent, after multiple attempts to contact them finally was able to get a response which they stated that they would not refund my money, but I was free to use the app till the end of the billing cycle, yet they immediately paused my membership. I will be pursuing legal action, do not use this platform for anything.

Tomo - Paid for VIP plan, never received services (9+ months later)
I signed up for TomoCredit’s VIP membership in June 2025 after seeing their advertisement promising:
• A business credit card up to $30,000
• A personal credit card
• Credit monitoring and reporting
• AI financial assistant
• Priority support
I completed the required card reservation immediately after signing up.
Despite following every step and contacting support multiple times, none of the services were ever delivered.
Support only sent generic responses telling me to reserve the card again, which I had already done from the beginning.
It is now March 2026, and I still have received:
• No business card
• No personal card
• No credit reporting services
• No AI assistant
• No VIP benefits
What is even more concerning is that the company is now advertising new offers claiming up to $100,000 credit lines, while earlier VIP members like myself still haven’t received the original services promised.
After waiting months with no resolution, I had to file a dispute with my bank for services not rendered.
I would strongly advise anyone considering their paid plans to research carefully before paying for any membership.

I love this App
I love this App! It is really smart and has so many options to help improve your credit score and fix errors you might not even know you have on your credit reports. It does all the work to help improve your score and also teach you about what can help or hurt your score. It is great for monitoring your bills, finding deals on home, auto insurance and more. It also has different plans to fit your budget. There really is something for everyone in this app!

The Worst Customer Service
The worst company. I signed up for a credit card & credit line. I kne it was a scam after 3 days. I started sending emails begging to cancel the membership and refund because did not deliver. The responses were "we are helping you gain better financial health...my credit score is 711...dah. I asked for a supervisor and did not get one. After 16 days, they said it is canceled but no refund has been redecorated. I filed a fraud compliant with my bank. You should be ashame of yourself taking advantage of a visually impaired woman..

Easy to use app , for those who want to build credit .
Easy to use app , was able to navigate around without issues , check my credit score and history . I didn't need to use the disputes section which seems interesting .. and I hope I will never need to do so anyway ..

Extremely Pleased!
I just had to pop on to share how great I think this app is! It is so easy to navigate. The colors are calm and soothing and not chaotic like you'll see on other apps. Very quick with no glitches. I'm very happy with it and I highly recommend it!

Pretty useful app
So far this app seems to be pretty useful. It gives all the options to choose from on one page. You don't have to close a page to get to another. It's all in front of you to compare options. I was also pleased to see my credit score & details made readily available for me to see.

The app was easy to use. I am 67 and easy for me to navigate. I liked that I could easily navigate, credit, spending and other features. I would recommend for information provided and ease of use.

Ifi could leave minus zero stars
Ifi could leave minus zero stars, i would. A couple months ago I paid this company to help with my credit. They deducted from my bank account, I did as directed and set up my information with them and within a span of 24hours, they said they had no record. I sent screenshots where they were paid, I ws bumped around and eou d so many times I thought I was on A merry go round. And I've asked them to stop with the texts and emails but they still come. I got my money back through my bank, it took so long and now I'm weary of all the companies that advertise help with credit.

Issue-Free Usage Experience
I absolutely enjoyed my experience using the app. The sign-up process was easy to understand and straightforward, and I was able to gather all of the information I needed regarding signing up for credit scores. There is no interrupting ads or pop-ups, which I'm grateful over especially from past experiences using similar apps. I have not experienced any bugs or glitches that would otherwise make my usage experience problematic. I overall wouldn't mind continuing to use this app more often in regards to monitoring my bills and credit score.

I don’t know what I got myself into don’t see a line of credit they said look for a email next week try to cancel a few responses no solution I paid 399 only wants to be taken off auto pay don’t want to be charged on this card next year request this 3 times within 24hrs still no cancellation

I absolutely love Tomo who…
I absolutely love Tomo—as someone who is typically apprehensive with financial-adjacent/credit apps and websites this alleviated any of my concerns. The visuals make navigation really easy and approachable, and the tools it provides me have let me finally understand my financial situation and has helped me finally take action in boosting my credit!
