Piragash at Totum did not only found us a very good deal for Marketing stage Bridging loan of circa £2m but amazed us with the thoroughness and attention to detail right from day one of understanding the brief and getting relevant comparisons till the very last minute of completion. We had quite a few changes in circumstances and hiccups along the way, units being sold and unsold, and solicitors being solicitors, taking long, making mistakes, however, Piragash managed all sides, with very good communication with us and the lender, due to his relationship with them and Depth of understanding of the field. The customer service is A1, we cannot recommend them enough for Development and Bridge finance. This is not the first time they have helped us with funding, and this is not the first time that things haven't gone to plan. Totum have been consistent in their customer service from day one in early 2017 when they helped us with our first loan.

Totum Finance have have successfully refinanced my portfolio of London HMOs. From the very beginning, its Principal was very detailed in and through in fully understanding my portfolio and also my own circumstances and objectives. From the very beginning, the challenges in my portfolio were highlighted including the use of leasing to social housing companies. Piragash worked with me to present a strong case to the lenders. He then approached lenders directly with the case, and he was able to get interest from lenders to support my portfolio, despite other finance brokers telling me that lending against my portfolio was not going to be possible due to the portfolio being leased to social housing companies. He helped greatly with the preparation of the material that was needed, and he also was able to explain problems with our financial information to the lender that we chose. I have subsequently referred friends and clients to Totum Finance and he has been able to deliver for all of them. Totum finance is also very good at providing development finance.

Piragash and his team have been helping me finance my property development projects as well as my personal portfolio for several years now and I cannot imagine my property journey without the help of Totum Finance! I've spoken with multiple lending brokers in the past, but none were able to compete with the service from the team at Totum Finance. Really well informed, they took the time to understand the wider situation, and then put together the best solution. I've had difficult situations where making decisions have been a real struggle, but Piragash was always on-hand to offer amazing advice.
