Booked on 19th Jan. Did not get booked up by 3rd Feb. Called again on 4th Feb very poor customer service

Hello,
We're sorry that you feel this way. I have looked into this one for you and can see that the courier attempted to collect on 20th at 9:29 but there was nothing to go. We were not notified of the failed collection until 03/02. The freight was then collected on 05/02 and delivered the following day.

Price was good, pickup was quick and easy, parcel delivered quickly. All good.

Fast Postage Time

Google search suggests Transdirect due to partnership with PayPal and was recommended at the top of the list of companies, lived up to expectation, booked service collection 21st, next day collected. 21kg package from Adelaide to Victoria delivered within 2 days, fasted delivery experienced to date. However fees should be more competitive.

Placed an urgent booking at 10.30am to receive next business day delivery. I received an email at 12 to ask for a photo of the item which was immediately sent. After sending multiple emails all afternoon for updates I called at 4pm. Nothing had been actioned and my delivery was not picked up as stated. I now have to wait the entire weekend for it to be picked up on Monday. Never again! I have no confidence it will even arrive.

Absolutely unacceptable service

Transdirect has been one of the most frustrating logistics experiences I’ve dealt with. Packages were not delivered as promised, and when issues arose, there was no meaningful escalation, no ownership, and no urgency to resolve the problem.

Customer service is essentially a loop of generic responses with no real action. Problems are not escalated appropriately, follow-ups are poor to non-existent, and you’re left chasing updates for days while your deliveries sit in limbo.

For a company whose entire purpose is to manage deliveries, the lack of accountability is shocking. Delayed or missing packages, no proactive communication, and a complete failure to take responsibility when things go wrong.

If you value reliability, transparency, and basic customer service, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This has cost me time, money, and unnecessary stress and I would not trust Transdirect with important or time-sensitive shipments.
