The course was informative, practical and applicable. I found the tutor inspiring in how she encouraged us to apply the knowledge shared. It left me wanting to learn more and in a position where I felt I could help young people.

I attended the 2 day MHFA course. Our tutor Dianne was superb. Was very informative and got the whole group engaged from the start. Tough subjects but made a lot easier by the way it was put across. Came away from the course having a more understanding and confidence in being able to do/say the right things in each individual situation.

Had my training online today to refresh my mental health first aid. Brilliant course I would highly recommend

The Mental Health First Aider course was run really well, really enjoyed the group activities and learning from other learners experiences. The course leader Dianne was extremely knowledgeable and I left feeling more confident and equipped to approach and offer assistance to collogues suffering with a range of issues. More people need to embrace and talk about these difficult topics!

The Mental Health First Aider course is such a worthwhile qualification for both the workplace and in my personal life. Ali led the course brilliantly, putting everyone at ease and delivering the content sensitively. Her experiences and knowledge were really helpful and I feel so much more confident to help when needed. The ongoing support and information from Transpire is a fantastic bonus too. Thank you!

We had our two day training with Annette and she was absolutely brilliant. The material was fantastic and she presented it in a way that was supportive and clear to understand. The subject can be heavy going but we were in safe hands with Annette who constantly made sure we were comfortable with the topics discussed. Learned so much.

I found this course very informative and helpfull. It has also helped prepare myself for what I may encounter in the future. I highly recommend this course to anyone that is taking on a management or leadership role.

The course provided a deep understanding of mental health ,common conditions and how to support someone who may be experiencing a crisis or struggling with their wellbeing. It helped break down the stigma surrounding mental health and taught practical skills i.e how to approach difficult conversations.

I'm not normally one to leave a review, but the MHFA course was brilliant! Informative and gave me the tools to better support myself, those around me and my colleagues. Would recommend 100%!

Great training, very informative and supportive

I completed the online Grief First Aid Training recently and found this a really valuable course to complement my Mental Health First Aider Training.
The course was well structured, the trainer put everyone at ease and was easy to follow. I now feel much better equipped to support work colleagues experiencing grief.

I completed the Mental Health Skills for Managers Training. The delivery was excellent - not death by powerpoint. The breakout rooms worked well.
The workbook was also a good tool to use for the future.

The content was informative, sensitive and very helpful. Our trainer, Diane, was brilliant. She was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate

I attended the online Grief First Aid Course yesterday and it was excellent.
The trainer, Annette, has a lot of experience- beyond the training script, and this is very refreshing.
I use transpire frequently for training because the courses are very reasonably priced and the training is always superb.

This Grief first aid course was brilliant, a really valuable learning experience. It was full of information, tools and models to help, not only my understanding of grief, but how to implement the learning. The course also helped to challenge some common misconceptions and encouraged thoughtful discussions. The trainer was knowledgeable and set the pace brilliantly, making the session safe and inclusive. This is the third course i have done with Transpire training and they will be the first place i go to for our next training need.

2 Day MHFA Course

I completed a MHFA England course delivered by Transpire Training, Ali was our trainer and I cannot rate her highly enough. Ali was knowledgeable, engaging and managed the online facilitation expertly. The course content was exactly what I expected and getting the opportunity to spend time in the break-out rooms with a variety of people was invaluable. Thank you to Transpire Training and to Ali for a great course.

Undertook mental health first aid training with Annette Dix. A very experienced tutor with a wealth of experience and an excellent teaching style. Approached challenging subjects with respect and experience that could put many mental health conditions into context.

The venue was accessible, and all the necessary information was provided prior to the course to easily attend the training.
