I completed the two-day in-person Mental Health First Aider training and I thought both sessions were well structured, informative and inclusive. The conversations were open and the atmosphere was welcoming and supportive. My group’s engagement was very good, and our group leader helped to cultivate a safe space for us to handle and feel comfortable with any sensitive content. I also appreciated being able to put what we were learning into practice throughout the sessions, and I now feel equipped with the knowledge and skills needed to move forward in my role as Mental Health First Aider. Finally, I appreciate knowing where to find additional support through training and webinars, if needed.

This was a brilliant 2 day course on a really important subject expertly and interactively delivered by Marie. I highly recommend this course as so much to learn and understand which could make a big difference to yourself or others you may need your help. Mental health is still a taboo subject and this understanding will help break down the stigma as well as widen the support network for those who needing help or help us spot those who may be struggling and just need that little help or outlet to express negative internalised thoughts and feelings. Thank you Transpire Training for a well delivered and structured course.

A very competent online refresher course for MHFA. Plenty of detail, examples and discussion.

Great instructor. Felt the content was progressive/up to date and informative, whilst allowing enough time for open discussion. The course workbook was engaging and a useful document to refer back to.

I had a 2 day onsite MHFA course, it was well led and catered for everyones needs, information was well structured and group engagement was really good. I thoroughly recommend this course.

Excellent trainer

I thought the training was thought provoking and gave a deeper understanding of mental health. Interaction was great and awareness that people mask their coping when they are not.

I did my MHFA training on the 16th and 17th, the training was so beneficial and the tutuor was amazing. Transpire Training were also amazing in their help and support on the lead up to this.

The 2 day MHFA course was very informative and delivered very well by our trainer Annette. This is my first MHFA course and there was a lot to cover and take in, it was well presented.

Just complete 2 day Mental Health First Aid training with Ali, she was fantastic and made the training, easy to understand and made me feel confident to be able help my colleagues in my business.

I attended the 2 day MHFA course in Chelmsford. Our tutor Ali, was great - very knowledgeable of the subject and very patient as we had group discussions. She brought our group of strangers together in a way that made us feel comfortable putting forward our ideas and inter-acting in the role play scenarios, some of which covered very serious subjects. I would thoroughly recommend this training course, as a valuable tool to help with maintaining good mental health in the workplace. Lorraine

Our trainer Annette, was very knowledgeable and shared her wealth of experience working within mental health well. The pace of the training was just right and I am already thinking about a number of children that I teach who could benefit from some of the approaches and resources shared.

This was a great course, I learnt so much. The trainer was amazing and knowledgeable. She was very attentive towards me as i have dyslexia. She checked in on us all as the course went on. Highly recommend course.
