Some colleagues and I attended the Mental Aid First Aid training course yesterday. I thought that it was a tremendous course. Very informative and sadly enlightening. Very well presented by AD. We will definitely be putting many of the suggestions into practice and using the resources offered and suggested. Thank you.

I attended a two day Mental Awareness' course run by a lovely lady called Annette, in Crawley
The course was extremely informative very hard going but so eye opening, there was so much I learnt and clearly more I need to learn.
All I can say is please Annette stay with teaching you were wonderful

I attended the Mental Health Awareness course presented by Ali. The course was extremely insightful, covered a wide range of topics and included great group work. Ali was a brilliant presenter. She was extremely knowledgeable, shared her own experiences and really encouraged the group. I would recommend to all my colleagues.

Really good course. Very thought provoking and ultimately feel I came away with some good tools and tips for being mindful of my own mental health as well as how to support/respond to someone else who's having a tough time.

Today, I attended the Mental Health Awareness course, led by Ali. The session was expertly delivered, offering me a deeper understanding of a topic I was previously unfamiliar with. Ali created a supportive and inclusive atmosphere, ensuring everyone felt comfortable sharing and discussing sensitive topics.

A challenging course, run by the inspiring Ali, we were all given space to learn without judgement, I personally feel equipped to apply the learning from the course, and really do hope I can help people in the future.

Excellent instructor, clear delivery, created a safe space for us all, following the course I now feel confident to support others in the work place and will be recommending the course to others. There was a good balance between presentation/ leaning and group work and breaks. Can't recommend enough

Instructions before the course were very clear.

Brilliant course. Cannot fault any part, trainer was lovely, extremely knowledgeable on the topic and genuinely trying (and succeeding) to make a difference to the world. Certainly a course I will be pushing for more staff at our work to be undertaking.

I attended the MHFA Training with Annette and the course was delivered to a very high standard. She was professional throughout but also had a real passion for helping others. She's a lovely lady and a real asset to the company, I would definitely recommend this course.

Good teacher, great insight, good material

Attended Youth Mental Health First Aid. Trainer was excellent. Issue with the materials being sent out incorrectly but other than this, great course.

The Youth MHFA course was really helpful and Marie, who delivered it, was fabulous. Not necessarily a mark down due to Transpire but being online there wasn't enough time for sharing knowledge/experiences and general group discussion. During one breakout group we all agreed that this would have been more beneficial than some of the role plays.

Annette Dix did a great job of supporting us through the mental health refresher training, very clear, concise and patient with us. It helped having the two micro breaks to keep us focused. A great experience. Thank you Annette. :o)
