Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, and manner of operation.
The tool pod we purchased came with damaged doors & no rubber flooring or shelf specified on website.
We understand mistakes happen hence waiting 2 weeks to leave a review. However after 3 emails, 16 phone calls of which only 2 were answered over the space of 2 weeks. We where told they will get back to me in the first & the person we need to speak to isnât in for the second, the issue still stands as unresolved with no indication to what there next step will be.

Twice bitten, never again!
I have ordered from Transquip twice and both times there was an exceptional wait for the products and both deliveries were failed.
The customer service skills are appalling and they constantly shift the fault on to third parties.
Iâm not impressed with the company at all, in fairness, their products do seem to be acceptable though.

The kit was delivered in 2 separate deliveryâs on different days, when fitting the kit it has 2 d rings missing and holes for posts not drilled in correct position, and wrong size bolts.

Took a few days to ship the product out. When I enquired via the online chat, I was told to wait a moment while they checked the status, but I had no reply. Then 30 mins later I received emails to say the item is ready for shipping. It seems the order was forgotten until I chased. But to get no further response was rude.
