Ho comprato un prodotto della Travel Blue in aeroporto, all'andata nessun problema al ritorno non ho potuto riutilizzarlo in quanto danneggiato (succede). Appena di ritorno ho contattato via mail il servizio clienti e con uno scambio di alcune mail nel giro di pochi giorni mi è stato sostituito il prodotto. Sono più che soddisfatta, il mio prodotto è arrivato a casa prima del previsto, si sono presi a cuore il mio problema con grande cura e professionalità. Sicuramente continuerò ad acquistare i loro prodotti. Lo consiglio!

I like their compressed socks, I even have 2 already but only size M/L a bit bigger for me but it's OK, try to find size S last year and can't find it in travel blue marketplace and CGK airport...however can manage to find my size S at Changi airport terminal 2. Would recommend the compressed socks, so comfy, avoid my legs getting bloated during long flight😊

Sensational customer service, which I did not expect in this form. I was willing and ready to purchase a new pillow/inlet. Then I was unexpectedly sent a new „Ultimate Pillow"for free. Thank you very much for that!

My neck pillow developed a leak shortly after I bought it. I emailed Travel Blue for warranty. They quickly responded, and a few days later I had a brand-new replacement. Nice!

The back pack I brought was very good, functional and well designed. It had a small issue on the dip and I am glad that the customer service team solved the issue for me.

I purchased a Travel Blue luggage lock at the Reykjavik airport. When I used it for the first time, the lock would not scramble once the latch was closed. I contacted customer service and was pleasantly surprised that they replaced it, even though it required shipping internationally. The new one arrived and it works perfectly. Kudos to their customer service team for their prompt service and addressing what was an otherwise useless lock!

My wife bought a suitcase in Brazil for travel to Europe. On arrival in Portugal it was missing a wheel. Contacted customer support hoping to get the wheel fixed while in Portugal or Spain. They were very helpful and had their Iberian branch send a suitcase, albeit smaller than the original, to our address in Spain together with a small gift.
Glad to see there are still companies with functional and attentive after-sales customer support.

I applied for a replacement charging cable on November 8, 2025, and Millie L. contacted me very quickly. The replacement was arranged efficiently and delivered directly to my home. I am extremely satisfied with the whole process and truly appreciate the team’s professionalism and excellent customer service. Thank you!

My pillow had a defect after one-trip use and the customer service is superb in handling the replacement warranty request! I’m now super happy with my travel pillow!

I love this company and their products. Bought a neck pillow many years ago at an airport, which I came to love... and when I later had a son he became so attached to this pillow, and uses it like his "teddy bear", it comforts him and he sleeps with it every night. After several years of being used intensely by my son, the pillow was quite worn out, so I wanted to buy him a new one. I panicked when I couldn't find any place to buy it, so in the end I contacted Travel Blue directly to ask if they could help me. They were quick to answer and my desperate search all of a sudden turned into the most lovely experience I could ever have hoped for. They were so incredibly kind during the email conversations we had, and now I have 4 pillows on the way and my little boy is set for life in regard to his "best friend". A big thanks goes out to Travel Blue, and especially Karin Christgau for her kindness and help ❤️
