I needed my tires replaced ASAP

I needed my tires replaced ASAP, and the guys who helped me made this experience smooth, quick and easy, an opening came up much sooner than anticipated and I’m so happy with the service and speed. I drive for Lyft and deliver and can’t afford to not have my car. Thank you!!!!

I can not get into my Treads account…

I just had a payment come out my account but I’m not able to log in at all. Called 1877 number no one answered and says to text the 1877 number. No response no resolution to how I can get into my account while funds are being pulled.

Great to help on a budget for tires but horrible with response and no customer service or care for the customer.

I’ve had 4 prior visits for leaking tire and still have a leaking tire no care for the customer. Please think twice before using this service.

Ever since I signed up for Treads

Ever since I signed up for Treads, especially now with the maintenance plans I am so thrilled that I had no longer have to go to a brick and mortar just to get this stuff done. Every single guy that’s come and worked on the cars have been great!

Ripped off for oil change

Charged for oil change for a whole year when I only received 1 oil change. I was quoted a less buyout charge and charged instead the full price for the whole year. I was ripped off.

Hi Eddie, we are sorry if you had any confusion on the term of the oil change service plan. As outlined in the agreement prior to purchase there is a minimum period of 12 months.
It does look like we completed 2 oil change services for you.

Of course, we are happy to work with you to find a resolution if you have any unresolved concerns.

Great company excellent service

This is by far one of the best decisions I made. Great service both from the Treads staff and the contractors in the field. The amount of time I save is the best. No more waiting at a shop or having to be without my vehicle. I would recommend Treads to everyone.

Treads is the best out there

Treads is the best out there. They are professional and actually do what they say, they have company integrity. The best commercial business i have used in my life. They stand behind their service and they do what they say!!!! If your not using Treads subscription, why not get the best service on the planet.
