We booked a tire rotation and oil change however the tire pressure was not checked as 1 of the tires had very low pressure after the appointment.

I genuinely like the ease of use on the app and the at home service makes things so much easier. I do feel that a small downside may be the scheduling and wait time for services like the nail/flat repair but honestly aside from that, Treads makes it possible to get quality tires without breaking the bank upfront.

I need new tires already, I’m not 100% sure these are real continental tires. But they want me to pay for the replacements.

Also, the reply below is nonsense, they are a scam be careful.

Always on time. However, the mechanics needs to communicate with their customers about being at the location to do service rather than doing the work and disappearing not noticing their presence. What if they done a horrible job and left without notice? I would like to see them do the work.

Oh goodness, where to start? The punctuality is always amazing. The people that come are always knowledgeable and nice. I love Treads!

I am an Lyft driver and the treads app subscription is a no-brainer. I totally love it. All across the board … from customer relations response time to the oil change guy giving me his business card when I asked for it, Treads is top notch 100 all the way through and through. It’s so convenient too! A couple times they have even nudged the schedule to fit me in early! Awesome company. (Suggestion: Please add car wash, brakes, and windshield services when you can!)

Treads is amazing they rotated my tires while I was at work.

I just signed up with Treads about a little less than a year ago. When I signed up with them I really needed new tires bad,I scheduled a appointment and they came right out,replaced all 4 of my tires with brand new tires. And less than a year later I need new tires again, they had a tech to verify that it was time for new tires. Connecting with Treads so far and by far has been one of the best business decisions I've made.

They came out and changed the tire quickly and got and appointment quickly to repair the tire. The app is a little quirky and I struggled to make the appointment.

This is an amazing service. Wish I knew of it long ago. They have been right on top of all my needs before I even new I needed it. The tires are wonderful and their device people exemplary. Trends actually saved my job as a driver. With out them coming directly to my location I wouldn’t have been able to keep working. They remind you when it’s time for your tire rotation and mobile oil change I can’t say enough good things about it. The tech also did a saftey inspection letting me know it was critical I get my brakes done sap and he even fixed my inner wheel well for no charge. For this kind of service from all of the techs I give 5 bold big stars as a rating. Thank you Treads

I'm a rideshare driver and so is my husband, our car is in the road a lot It's such a relief to not worry about my tires now. They were on time and efficient with install and the tires are nice!
