1. 28th November - Placed an order for three items - made an error in sizing for one but the option to cancel an item from the order was available so I did, immediately. Price difference was not adjusted before the funds were taken into pending from my account. Order was due for delivery 3rd-5th of December via Royal Mail.
2. Contacted CS regarding this and was told the pricing couldn't be amended until the order had been dispatched. Also raised the added taxes on the invoice, to be told that it is entirely obvious from the website that the company is based in Europe and there are no hidden fees. As far as I'm aware - Royal Mail don't operate in Europe. They had failed to add that the items would need to reach the UK first before that transit. Went looking on the website for any indication of the company location and it is there, but tucked away.
3. Order didn't dispatch until the 3rd of December, delivered on the 12th. Finally received the refund due.
4. Began returns process to now be charged MORE for returning one item than the cost to deliver two items originally.
This company is a rip off! I wish I'd checked out the reviews on here before ordering. Spend your money somewhere else.

I’ve had two experiences with Trekinn.
Seven years ago, everything was perfect: great prices, delivery on time, and no issues at all.
Last October 2025, I placed an order and paid for it. Later I decided to add one more jacket to the same order, but I couldn’t — even though there is a “Change order” button, it simply doesn’t work. Fine, I placed a second order and asked customer support to merge them. That’s when the fun began. Their replies clearly looked like they were not written by a human, but by some random-word generator. No solution, just nonsense and a repeated suggestion to “change the order in your account,” even though I had already explained that I couldn’t change it.
Eventually, I decided to let the orders ship separately. The first one arrived on time, but the second one hadn’t even reached their warehouse. Then a delay message appeared in my account. I was willing to wait, so I did. Later I had to leave for a couple of months and there would be no one to receive the parcel, so I changed the delivery address to my friend’s address. Surprisingly, I quickly received confirmation that the address had been updated. I kept waiting.
One day, when I logged in hoping the order was finally on its way, I saw the delay message again and an option to cancel the order “if I want.” I didn’t want to cancel — I was prepared to wait longer. A couple of days later I checked the product page and saw they had increased the price by £5, while the delivery time still showed “5 days” (even though about a month had already passed since my order). That’s when I realised they simply didn’t want to ship the item at the price I had already paid.
I emailed them and clearly stated that I wanted the item I had paid for, at the price I had paid. The response? Another suggestion to cancel the order. The entire conversation felt like talking to a 2001-era “AI” that doesn’t understand anything and just outputs statistically plausible sentences.
In the end, they cancelled the order themselves — and the item is still available on the website.
So yes, the shop may sometimes have good prices, but their service, sense of responsibility, and overall attitude to customers are terrible. I don’t recommend dealing with a business that doesn’t stand behind its own words and actions. I will definitely raise this with the Citizens Advice consumer service (so it can be passed on to Trading Standards) as a potential breach of consumer law/contract.

Door alle haast en drukte van de feestdagen had ik zelf inderdaad wel wat foutjes gemaakt, dus voor deze zaken neem ik de volledige verantwoordelijkheid op mij. Daardoor zijn ook mijn problemen ontstaan en ik vrees dat ik nu bijna €300 kwijt ben.
Als eerste had ik een verkeerde kleur besteld, toen ik naar 'mijn bestellingen' ging, kon ik wel nog annuleren. Dit was echter maar 1 knop, meestal krijg je nog volgende schermen waar je wat meer uitleg krijgt over je annulatie. Nu niets, plots was alles geannuleerd zonder boe of bah. Als ik dan de chatbot vroeg of ik mijn geld terug zou krijgen, krijg ik enkel een 'ja'. Ik heb op goed geluk een nieuwe reistas besteld, ook hier weer gewoon geld van mijn rekening gegaan.
Ik vond het al raar dat ik geen bevestiging kreeg dus ging ik verder kijken. Blijkbaar per ongeluk een verkeerd e-mailadres ingevuld. Ik wil hen nu contacteren, maar dat lukt niet. De chatbot zegt dat ik live kan chatten, nergens te vinden. Ik wil hen bellen, NOOIT bereikbaar. Ik krijg altijd de melding dat alle medewerkers bezet zijn en dan wordt er afgelegd. Ik zou wel een live chat kunnen doen. Maar er is GEEN live chat. Ik kan die niet vinden en de chatbot is ook geen hulp.
De fouten die ik heb gemaakt zijn inderdaad persoonlijke fouten, maar ze zijn gewoon NIET contacteerbaar. Als je vergelijkt met een bol.com, Zalando,... is dit echt heel slechte service. Hopelijk krijg ik mijn geld van mijn eerste fout terug en komt mijn bestelling nog aan. Ik hoop toch mijn e-mailadres nog te kunnen aanpassen.

I did not receive my goods, I have made several attempts to state that the goods were not received and that I would like either the goods resent or a refund. I have been advised that their records show that the goods were received and if I don't have them to check with my neighbours!
On two more occasions I have requested a refund and the advice is that if I want a refund to return to goods! This company has automated responses and no one to talk to.

Der Versanddienstleister hat mir in mehreren Telefonaten bestätigt das mein Paket verloren gegangen ist & nicht mehr zugestellt werden kann. Der Verkäufer/Trekkin soll sich daher mit DPD in Verbindung setzen & mir mein Geld zurück erstatten. Ich erhalte auf meine Nachrichten nur Automatisierte Antworten dass mein Paket unterwegs sei & eine erneute Zusendung der Sendungsnummer. Nochmal: der Sendungsstatus wird sich nicht mehr aktualisieren. Die Sendung ist nicht aufzufinden. Wenn ich weiterhin keine Antwort sowie keine Rückerstattung erhalte, werde ich rechtliche Schritte einleiten.

Don’t buy from them. I appreciate the competitive prices. However, I would like to share an extremely low standard experience regarding their customer service. There is no way to contact them directly on the phone, not even a way to leave a review in their website as they select and publish only the 5 star reviews. Only endless email exchanges. Terrible delivery service. My package was never delivered to me due to incorrect address input by Trekinn. Royal Mail has then resent the package to them. They have refused to process the refund when the delivery was confirmed to their warehouse in the UK. Then they refused to process the refund when the package arrived at their address input in Madrid (despite what initially wrote in emails), as we now have to wait for the package to arrive to somewhere else in Spain (not even clear where). After two months from my order, I haven’t received my items nor a refund has been processed. They haven’t even confirmed whether the delivery cost will be refunded. I have been sending emails after emails, and only received standard responses. There is no customer care and I will never buy from them again.

Faulty boots - terrible customer service
Faulty boots, should be waterproof with a membrane but turned out not to be and my feet got soaked. Returns process insists on 6 photos of the boots, showing the defect. This is absolutely impossible to show as the membrane is sandwiched between the outer and inner layers of the boots. Customer services were useless. They just kept insisting on the 6 photos and completely failed to understand that the defect will not show on the photos

Realicé una compra de un par de botas de senderismo el día 2 de abril de 2025.
Hasta la fecha de hoy, 2 de julio de 2025, el producto se encuentra retenido por la fiscalización aduanera brasileña.
Historial del envío (código de seguimiento: LR489681691NL):
4 de abril de 2025 – Objeto enviado
16 de abril de 2025 – Objeto llega a Brasil
17 de abril de 2025 – Objeto enviado a fiscalización aduanera
23 de abril de 2025 – Inicio del proceso de fiscalización
El plazo de fiscalización informado por la Receita Federal de Brasil (organismo responsable del control aduanero) es de 30 días.
Una vez superado ese plazo, me puse en contacto con la tienda, y desde el día 2 de junio la respuesta siempre ha sido la misma:
“Hemos contactado con el departamento responsable respecto a su pedido. Nos pondremos en contacto con usted tan pronto como recibamos alguna actualización.
Le agradecemos su paciencia.”
Dado que ya han pasado más de 90 días desde la compra, sin una solución concreta ni avances reales, solicito una respuesta inmediata con una solución definitiva: o la entrega efectiva del producto en un plazo razonable, o el reembolso total del importe pagado.
En caso de no recibir una respuesta satisfactoria en los próximos días, me veré obligado a presentar una reclamación formal ante las autoridades de consumo correspondientes en España y la Unión Europea.
I ordered a pair of shorts from…
I ordered a pair of shorts from Trekinn, I mistakenly used their sizing calculator because the sizes on the site are European.
It suggested I needed a size 46 eur. when the shorts arrived the label said 30" - I am 36" waist. Im 6ft and 100kg so not sure how they got to that size!
I then had to pay the return shipping for their mistake to get a replacement in the correct size. I then would have to pay an additional shipping cost - that's 3x shipping costs !! No contact from Trekinn to apologise or offer free shipping. I will not use them again.

Ich habe mir Adidas Terrex Wanderschuhe bestellt. Leider waren sie eine Nummer zu klein. Dann das böse Erwachen: 8€ um das Rücksendeetikett zu erhalten. Absolut unverschämt, da absolut unüblich und vorab nicht kommuniziert. Danke, es war das erste und letzte Mal, dass ich hier bestellt habe.
