Ordered a Christmas present half way through November leaving plenty of time for it to arrive. Thankfully turned up just before Christmas however they sent an XS when I ordered an XL. XS was not an option on the website so unsure why this happened. Customer service has not been helpful at all and having to pay for returns myself. Decided not to return due to the high cost.

I ordered a telescope for my son's Christmas present. They said it would be delivered between the 20-24 of December.
It is now Jan 2nd and I've had an email to say it is in Germany. I am in Ireland. Very bad service. Definitely would not use again.

Telescope arrived today 22 days after ordering. If you are prepared to wait a long time for the delivery. The item and the price were brilliant!

I placed an order with Trekkinn (an outdoor shop by Tradeinn) on 03-12-2024 for an item with a promised delivery window of 12-18 December. I received no notifications or updates that my order was delayed.

It is now well past that date, and the item is still listed as "in transit" with no clear ETA. Despite several attempts to resolve the issue, customer service has been unhelpful, offering vague responses and outright ignoring my *five* requests to ship the item via first-class mail, despite the urgency of my situation.

I need this item for an international trip on 31 December 2024, and their failure to fulfill their delivery commitment or provide proactive updates has left me with no alternatives at the last minute. This level of professionalism and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable.

Avoid Trekkinn/Tradeinn if you value reliable service and timely delivery. I will not be shopping with them again.

Item has still not been delivered-I’m getting stock responses saying to wait. It’s being sent from Spain and was due 17th -23rd dec. it’s now 26th and I had to buy the gift elsewhere. I’ve asked to cancel the order and be refunded but have not had this request responded to. I’m expecting that I’ll only be refunded if I wait for it to be delivered and then pay to send it back to Spain. I’ve already spent £5.99 on postage so it’ll be a waste of time and money.

FORGET THE PRICE, STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !
I bought a Regatta coat for my wife on 27th Nov for £46.99, delivered on 4th Dec, the coat was too small so contacted Trekinn for an “easy return “ in their words. Found out I had to pay £10.99 for a Royal Mail return label(not stated on the website or order confirmation) and sent back via Post Office on 6th Dec. I started chasing them for the refund a week later and no response. Used their chat, email and account contact forms , finally told 2 weeks later they had not received the return. On 22nd Dec I checked Royal Mail tracking and it was delivered to their Hounslow office on 13th Dec !! After numerous emails, Trekinn now tell me that they cannot refund until the item is received into their warehouse in Spain & the Hounslow office is only a forwarding office for Spain. These people deliver in a week but take a month and still counting to issue a refund. They have my parcel and choose to send it back to Spain and do not refund, Appalling service, don’t risk this Company, stay away from them, it’s not worth the risk, after almost 4 weeks I’m still waiting to get my £46.99 back, never mind the appalling cost of return at £10.99, you have been warned!!

Ich kann die negativen Bewertungen bestätigen! Werde bei Trekkinn nie mehr bestellen. Auch bei mir kamen zusätzliche Zollkosten von über 40 Fr. datu, wovon nirgends die Rede war bei der Bestellung! Der Shop suggeriert, es sei ein Schweizer Shop, aber meine Ware wurde aus den Niederlanden geliefert.
Ich rate dringend von Trekkinn ab. Zudem kam die Ware 2 Wochen verspätet.

Would not use this company again. I placed my order with them on 22nd November with a delivery date of 4th -9th December but it didn’t arrive ..only after repeated emails did they start the delivery process on the 10th of December then said it was being delivered 11th December which wasn’t remotely possible They then gave me a different delivery date but it never arrived again but I finally received it today 16th December Communication was bad as they kept replying in Spanish.

Naturally was hesitant to order from here due to the reviews but the cheaper price was hard to resist so I took a chance. I had already tried on the shoes in a store so I knew I wouldn’t need to return them (maybe would have hesitated to order from here otherwise). I was also not in a rush to receive the item which seems to have been an issue for others, but was pleasantly surprised when my order arrived within the timeframe. I contacted customer service via the chat to locate where Royal Mail had left the item and they were immediately responsive and helpful. Saved quite a lot of money than if I ordered directly so I’m pleased

DO NOT ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY TELL YOU THAT THE ITEM IS IN STOCK BUT WHEN THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY THE ORDER NEVER ARRIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY TELL YOU TO WAIT UNTIL IT IS AVAILABLE BUT THIS TAKES FOREVER. STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

J'ai tout bien reçu et les produits correspondent tout à fait à ce que j'ai acheté, l'état et la qualité sont bien. Le seul bémol selon moi est la date de livraison affichée sur le site, qui est exagérément courte. Pour ma part c'était des achats en vue d'un anniversaire, j'ai reçu mon colis 5 jours plus tard (week-end inclus). Tant pis, mon conjoint n'a pas eu ses cadeaux le jour J mais il en est très heureux quand même.

Headlamp van Quokka besteld. Product werd bij levering eenvoudigweg over onze poort gegooid.
Product was defect bij ontvangst, waarna ik een retourverzoek heb ingediend. Dit diende gepaard te gaan met 6 (!) foto's van het product. Daarna nog een verzoek gehad om een video te sturen, hetgeen ik heb geweigerd. Waardeloze winkel en klantenservice.

Wanderhemd bestellt. Dieses kam aus den Niederlanden nach zwei Wochen. Ich musste 25 CHF Zoll bezahlen. Die Rücksendung hätte nochmals 25 CHF gekostet.

Schoenen niet geleverd, maar direct retour afzender (DPD) Geld nog steeds niet terug gehad.

Klanten'service' had gezegd dat het geld dan automatisch terug gestort zou worden, maar je raad het al tot nu toe nog geen cent.

Gezien de voorgaand recensies verbaasd mij dat ook niet meer. Had eerder trustpilot moeten raadplegen. Scammers

I had to return an item I ordered. I was charged £10.99 for a return label which I had to buy from Paypal and they deducted a further £7 from the original amount I paid. I am now waiting for the so-called refund. Outrageous!!! Will NEVER use this awful company again.

2 maanden geleden 5 t shirts besteld . Nog steeds niets gekregen . Als je e mail stuurde krijg je antwoord ' we zijn er mee bezig . Dus kijk uit voor je iets besteld .

Commande passée le dimanche, reçue le mercredi suivant.
Attention, les retours sont payants, donc bien vérifier sa taille avant l'achat pour éviter les "problèmes" (n'oublions pas que le site est basé en Espagne).

È la seconda volta che effettuo un ordine, ma la prima volta dopo qualche giorno mi viene comunicato che il prodotto non è disponibile, questa volta ad una settimana e mezzo dall'ordine mi comunicano che è in ritardo di una settimana circa.... peccato, pessimo servizio

Nothing wrong with the products. It just cost me £11.29 to return a lightweight pair of shorts. Their return policies are not clear. I will never order from this company again.

Worst customer service ever! I order an item, the item is broken. Then they ask for proof after proof after proof. Don’t give the option to full refund first €2 then €4 ive been trying to send one item back for two weeks now!!!
Ridiculous.

Items ordered with an estimated delivery date of 19th - 22 July. I then get an email letting me know the delivery address was wrong and it was being returned to sender. Not sure why the details could not have been checked and updated with me as it was recorded delivery. Anyway, no items delivered and still no refund after 3 weeks even after chasing even though I have photo evidence from the delivery company that it has been returned to sender. I have put in a claim with credit card company.
