No volveré a comprarles
He comprado 2 pares de zapatillas y como no coinciden los números, una la he devuelto. Han necesitado más de 2 semanas para que hagan la recepción de la devolución y al final, después de hacer el seguimiento, chatear con el robot en vano y al final llamar, tuve suerte (porque acabo de leer por aquí que algunos se han quedado tanto sin producto, como sin dinero...) y hoy he recibido mi dinero.
Tres cositas quiero destacar:
1. Las devoluciones son muy lentas.
2. Como te equivoques y toques sin querer "Cancelar devolución" no hay manera de recuperar nada hasta que hables con ellos.
3. Y quizá la más importante es que al mismo tiempo que me han enviado la notificación por banco de que recibiré el valor de la devolución, he recibido una solicitud de bizum por 3/4 del valor a devolver, pero para pagar, enviada por Terranea que parece ser algo de seguros. No sé si tienen algo que ver, pero yo los he asociado en este momento. Raro sí que es... Así que por si a caso, tenedlo en cuenta y no acepteís.

The delivery was supposed to be 2-3 days as I'd chosen Royal Mail. It's been 6 days and my purchase has just crossed a international border and estimated to be another 3 days but who knows. Completely inaccurate stock levels/ delivery times. If you don't mind waiting for a random length of time then Trekinn is maybe ok. I doubt I shall be using them again.
Pleasantly surprised.
I ordered some Adidas Terrex Daroga hiking shoes from TrekInn because nowhere else seemed to sell half sizes in the UK and I needed a 10.5, plus they were £20-£30 cheaper than anywhere else, this made me suspicious but I thought I would give them a try.
Delivery took 10 days which isn't too bad considering I believe they are based in Spain.
Product arrived in the correct size and perfect brand new condition with tags, box was slightly damaged but didn't affect the product.
All in all a great experience although I was initially suspicious I will use TrekInn again in the future.
Items not dispatched!
Items not dispatched almost a week after purchasing. Contacted customer service and was informed that they didn't even have the item in their warehouse and were "awaiting delivery" to them. Do not use!
Possibly selling items that are out of stock.
I was looking for a pair of sandals that seem to be out of stock in virtually every online store I visited. Miraculously, the item was available for order on TradeInn's "TrekkInn" webshop. Even though I was suspicious, having read many bad reviews, I placed an order.
It has been nearly two weeks since I have placed my order, and nothing has been shipped. The estimated delivery time was a couple of days ago. The order status says that the item is "delayed, or out of stock". Just like many reviews mention, it seems like this webshop sells items without having them in stock. I think this is unacceptable.
Luckily the cancellation process is very simple; just one button click. Hopefully I will get my money back soon.
Paid, waited 5 weeks, never sent item.
Ordered a bag from Trekkinn without initially realising they were based in Spain and the expected shipping times were lengthy. For the sake of the small saving in cost, i would have bought from elsewhere to receive the item a month sooner, but i could live with the wait so i waited. I waited 5 weeks. At this point i thought i'd look into what was happening with my order, and i was dismayed to discover it hadn't even been shipped yet. In fact, Trekkinn didn't even have the item in stock at the time of purchase and hadn't thought to contact me to let me know! 5 weeks after handing over my money, my options were now continue to wait an undetermined amount of time until they get the item in stock, or cancel the order for a refund. Obviously i cancelled, then had to wait a working week to actually receive the refund. Massive waste of time and an utterly ridiculous business model!

Meget vanskelig å se at prisen er uten mva, da dette ikke kommer frem tydelig på nettsiden (står i veldig liten skrift langt ned på siden). Kalkuler inn 25% + fortolling på prisene på nettsiden.
Don't think you can get the product you ordered
well, i ordered two headlamp on feb 21 i guess, when i placed the order, the website said it would be shipped in a week. After a week it said it will be ready to ship on Mar 11th. On Mar 11th, it claimed to be ready to ship on 21th Mar. I dont think this product would be shipped ever...

Zero customer service, despite a contact us option nothing actually exists. Huge delays in terms of delivery despite promised dispatch dates on the website but, main problem has been the products advertised on the site not being the ones that have arrived.

I am based in the UK. I ordered a pair of climbing Millets shoes. That brand is readily available in the UK. I decided to order from Trekinn.
The shoes arrived after 2 weeks, in perfect condition. The only problem, the size on the website was completely misleading.
I contacted Trekinn to make a return. They replied after 2 days to tell me that the only way to make a return was to either choose my own courier or to pay an £11 delivery cost via their courier.
The cost of is shoes was about £65.48. They are a company trading on the internet in clothes, with no provision for returns. It's insulting and also incredibly poor customer service to expect customers to pay Almost 17% of cost to return items.
I don't know what the return system is like in other countries. If here in the UK, I wouldn't order from this organsiation or its subsidiaries again.
Beware dispatch times
I ordered 2 pairs of socks and one pair of sunglasses , which were shown as ‘in stock’, on the 22nd January 2024. After having the delivery date pushed back more than once due to the unavailability of the sunglasses, the items were finally delivered today, the 22nd February. I've used this company before and had good service and reasonable delivery times. It’s clear that some items are advertised as in stock when what that may mean is that they can get them in stock. I contacted them in early Feb and the reason given was that the sunglasses were not available in their warehouse but would be coming in at some unspecified point. Once dispatched the delivery time was okay. The dispatch time is the issue. Items arrived in good order, great price and genuine items. If you need ordered items quickly, go elsewhere.

I returned the item at the beginning of January. I had to pay 9 Eur. The item costed 105 EUR! No confirmation of receipt. They are impossible to contact. Chat page says agent will contact but they don’t. Absolute scam and terrible company. Avoid at all costs! They are a disgrace.

I returned the item on 28 December. I had to pay £11.99 for return postage even though return address is in UK! What a con! No confirmation of receipt. They are impossible to contact. I continued to try to contact them every day and bombarded them with on line complaints daily. Finally received a refund on 22 January. Still had paid the £11.99 postage to return the item which was a ridiculous high charge. Wouldn’t buy anything again.

They are definitely scammer. They sent a different product instead of the order I placed. They did not take into consideration the pictures I sent as proof that it was the wrong product. They wrote that if I want to return it, I have to pay the postage fee. The postage costs almost as much as the product itself. Because this terrible company is in Spain.
AVOID - Scammers!
I ordered a Columbia fleece for a Xmas present for my son on 4th December and it still hasn't arrived. I have contacted them multiple times, and they just keep telling me to wait.
Sad to say, I think I've been scammed. I don't think I'll see the sweater or my money back.
Please don't make the same mistake that myself and seemingly lots of other people have made - AVOID!
