Deux semaines pour préparer une commande, au final 3 semaines pour recevoir le colis et une veste qui n'est pas de la bonne couleur....Par deux fois ils m'ont demandé des photos, étiquettes, veste, code barre, et...J'ai tout renvoyé et hier je reçois encore une demande de photos....Site à fuir

I recently ordered a pair of Adidas walking boots from Trekinn as they seemed very reasonably priced, it was only after placing my order I viewed all the negative reviews and feared the worst.
But on the contrary to the negative reviews, the experience I received was first class.
I placed my order and was given an eta for the goods from Spain to the UK, the delivery charge was minimal
and the further communication I received was excellent , firstly informing me when my goods had hit their carrier in the UK, then further informing me only a couple of days later I had missed my delivery directing me to my local sorting office for collection.
On collection there were no further delivery taxes added.
I would most definitely make further purchase’s from Trekinn.

I bought a pair of la Sportiva Solution Comp climbing shoes from TrekInn which fell apart within 6 weeks/20 wears.
TrekInn initially refused to take the return saying it was just wear and tear! Eventually they did take the return but they simply sent them back to me after about a month claiming no fault at their end. Any further attempts to contact TrekInn have been ignored, or have just been met with automated replies.
Without question TrekInn offers the worst customer service I have ever had online.

Var blevet lidt nervøs ved at læse på trustpilot, men jeg bestilte en Osprey vandresæk d 1.1.23, og fik den leveret idag d 10.1.23. Jeg kunne følge den hele vejen på trackeren. Rygsækken er præcis som jeg håbede. Godt og billigt køb.

I ordered from Trekkin but only read negative reviews after the order had been placed. I took a gamble and let the order runs its course. I have to say I was kept up to date on the tracking email as the order progressed and it arrived on time (despite postal strikes) on the day it was supposed to be. I had no issues wit this company and my order; I would order from them again.

Compre unas zapatillas que devolví… al final se quedan con las zapatillas y el dinero. No hacen caso, de los mensajes, no contestan…ademas de cobrarte la devolucion UNA ESTAFA. SIN DINERO NI PRODUCTO

Zamówienie z Hiszpanii szło do polski 3 dni robocze (szok). Wysyłka natychmiastowa, towar zgodny z opisem. Dobra cena i udana transakcja.

Really poor returns service. No option but to pay £12 to return a tee shirt , Gives the impression its going to Spain but once paid the label is to an address in Southall. It would almost have been cheaper to have taken it in a taxi ! Cant see me using them again, Ever

Var lidt skeptisk ved at bestille da jeg havde læst anmeldelser inden. Men varen var meget billigere så tog chancen.
Den blev leveret en dag efter de havde lovet, og jeg kunne hele tiden følge varen via GLS app.
Så blev meget positivt overrasket

Only noticed the negative reviews after I placed my order for a new Osprey rucksack. I became worried, however, my rucksack arrived well packaged 2 days after it was due per order confirmation email which was fine. I did also received an update email and it had a link to a photo of the package which had my address on it which was reassuring. The rucksack is great and I’m pleased with my purchase.

I was a bit concerned given the negative reviews on here. I ordered a pair of trainers they arrived very quickly considering they came from Spain. The trainers were perfect so I will be buying from them again.

From 07-08-2022 no ordered shoes and no money back. Just excuses, promises etc. Never ever and don’t recommend to anyone!!!

Sent item with missing parts. Contacted them to sort out and they want me to take a picture of the missing items and request a return, at my own expense. All I want is for them to send me what I paid for.

0 stars, do not recommend using this sham company.

Ordered a jacket from Trekinn. Able to track on line until reached the UK. Royal Mail then tracked it to my door. Arrived on the first day of delivery window given by Trekinn. Excellent service

Virker som Trekkinn.com (en del af Tradeinn.com) tilbyder produkter de egentlig ikke har adgang til, til en fordelagtig pris for at tiltrække sig kunder. Men de leverer ikke! Hvis ikke de kan finde produktet billigt et sted, så udskyder de bare leveringstid igen og igen og igen. Ingen service. De svarer, men svarer bare at de ved lige så lidt som dig om når varen kan sendes.

Nu har jeg annulleret min ordre og håber jeg får pengene tilbage.

Dette er ikke svindel nødvendigvis, men det er tæt på. Og måske ulovlig markedsføring ved at udstille produkter til salg, de åbenbart ikke har adgang til at kunne levere gennem sine kanaler.

Disaster!!!
Bought a pair of shoes, delivery took two weeks and cost SEK 120.

The shoes didn't fit so I used Tradeinn's return service on July 4th. The return cost SEK 230 to send a pair of shoes 20 miles within Sweden!!!

Heard nothing from Tradeinn for 3 weeks, checked with DHL who verified that Tradeinn picked up the package on July 6th but according to Tradeinn the package had not arrived on July 25th. Which was a lie by many in our, saved, email communication.

The sum of all the nonsense:
Close to 4 weeks waiting time to get a refund.
SEK 350 in shipping costs (120 + 230).
Plenty of time for email conversation.

AVOID AVOID AVOID

Ordered a pair of skis + a set of bindings for the skis. Trekinn spent 2,5 months doing nothing, and then they sent bindings only. The skis had been cancelled from my order, without informing me. Now I obviously need to return the bindings (as they are useless without the skis), but Trekinn is refusing to pay the shipping return costs. Terrible customer service!

Was really worried about not receiving my order (Craghoppers trousers) after reading the reviews but they came in perfect condition. Exactly what i’d ordered. Just had to wait a little more than usual (about 10 days).

Für Schweizer nicht brauchbar. Bestellung CHF 200.- / Importkosten Schweizer Post CHF 40.-
Kein Preisvorteil

The order from this company was delayed for several weeks with no explanation and minimal contact from them. An item had to be returned, which they charged £11 for, just to ship within the UK. According to Royal Mail it was received by Trekinn on 21/5/22, but as yet I have received no refund despite contacting the company several times. They have fobbed me off on a number of occasions, and have not responded to my complaint. I will never use them again and would strongly advise others to avoid them.
