I purchased a pair of AKU boots paid £184.89 received a tracking number which I cannot track and each time I send an email it bounces back saying not recognised !!
I have been waiting 4 weeks now with no sign of the boots
AVOID AT ALL COST !!!!!

Some 6 weeks later the boots arrived, packaging was battered by the boots were all in order

Avoid at all costs (literally) - £7.49 delivery charge (quite high and very slow) but £12 to return item (for a very light item worth £29) and you can only return through their service as its all bar coded. AND then you have to print the label. DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.

AVOID!! Nearly 3 weeks after the original delivery date and still no items. When I tried to contact the company I got a generic copied and pasted message which didn't answer any of my questions and just stated that my item wasn't in their warehouse (even though the item was in stock when I ordered it). I've ended up having to cancel my order as I wasn't sure it would arrive in time for my trip - after reading these reviews I'm just hoping I'll be able to get a refund. I wish I had seen these reviews before I purchased with them, even though they may be the cheapest option I would 100% avoid this company in the future as it's not worth the hastle!

Avoid trekinn online, customer service is very disappointing. Be aware that once you purchase. Trekinn take no responsibility for delivery of your purchase. They just keep giving the same tracking number that says (no information available) And when your goods do arrive. Probably 10 days late and probably the wrong size , As my purchase was. Fraudsters personified.

I have received my order, but will not use this company again, they breached GDPR rules by sending a photo of another persons order showing the address of the customer, did not respond to my emails re this, there website does not indicate they are not a UK company, communication has been poor. It also appears that my previous review has been removed. Personally I would say you would be best to avoid using this company, and take note of all the other customers that have left reviews on trustpilot about this company.

the all around customer experience was appalling. you display products that you don’t have in stock and hold onto customers money for as long as possible, until they ask for some action. i was also lied to, told the product was on the way to the centre and this is an obvious lie as the product is now out of stock. i tried to chase a replacement and was fobbed off with information that did not work. i don’t know if this is a purely a customer service issue but looking at your customer reviews i think this is a more systemic problem throughout the company. i will never order from here again or advise anybody that i don’t want to have a month of hassle with no product to do so.

I ordered a pair of adidas boots in November '21 - standard price no great deal.....it took until February '22 to receive them! I unfortunately had to return them as they we're too big. Firstly, they charged me almost £11 to send them back, and now after waiting several weeks I've finally been refunded but they've deducted another nearly £9 for no apparent reason. Will never use them again. Avoid.

follow up to previous post - they will engage you offline then do nothing; they wanted roughly 40% of the cost of my item to return it, even though I tried to cancel it before it shipped due to excessive delay; the other thing they do is print a shipping label the day you order and tell you it has shipped when it hasn't, then they give a very wide date range for delivery

du coup j'ai renvoyé les 3 en ayant à ma charge les frais retours (même si cela était prévu dans les conditions générales de ventes) et l'entreprise m'a retenu aussi les frais aller.

Impossible de noter l'entreprise sur leur site (que des 5 étoiles évidemment, ça sent l'arnaque), je passe donc par trustpilot !

Fraudulent!? They will confirm order, charge credit card then cancel, and no refund!!
Please check anything that falls under the name Tradeinn, they have a number of brands "Runinn, Trekinn, Traininn, etc. Reviews are horrible, and I was too hasty, until I fell into their scam
Made an order (No: 28350840) on 4th Feb 2022. Received confirmation, and notice from credit card that amount had ben deducted. Same day, received an email from customer service that order had been cancelled by Runnerinn (Or the parent Tradeinn) which has so many brands under it,. Cancelation was with no explanation, just making apologies, and stating money will be refunded.
After lots of follow-up and more apologies, and promises from them that refund will be expedited, nothing was refunded, and their customer service started a change of tone of the type that "maybe the payment bounced, please check with your bank!!!"
They are now evading responsibility, and refund. I have all the emails, Order Confirmation, Their Cancellation of the Order, the Apology for delay and promise to expedite refund.

Slechtste consumer service ooit. Salomon tas besteld op Trekinn, niet ontvangen. Trekinn gecontacteerd, nietszeggende mail als respons : het pakket zou zijn geleverd, ik moest mijn 'lokaal postkantoor' contacteren. Bizar, gezien ze werken met GDS en deze in België via PostNl bezorgen. Op de vraag naar contactdetails etc, telkens hetzelfde nietszeggende antwoord. Dan maar zelf contact opgenomen met PostNl, wél goed geholpen, prima customer service. Zij laten mij weten dat Trekinn het pack inderdaad via GDS heeft verstuurd, maar PostNl bij overname zag dat er geen huisnummer op stond, enkel straatnaam. Als ik de trackcode volg klopt dit inderdaad. PostNl heeft het teruggestuurd. Trekinn zegt niets te hebben ontvangen. Ze willen een schriftelijke bevestiging. Zelf maar weer hier achter aangegaan. Opnieuw prima geholpen door PostNl. Schriftelijke bevestiging aan TrekIn gestuurd. Deze vinden nu ongetwijfeld wel weer een andere nietszeggende verklaring. Na zoveel tijd te hebben verloren door het werk te doen dat hun customer service had moeten doen, wil ik gewoon mijn geld retour , ik denk niet dat ik mijn pakket ooit nog geleverd zie. Indien dit niet asap wordt geregeld volgt een klacht bij Paypal. Intussen kan ik alleen maar bevestigen wat in andere reviews al zo vaak vermeld: gaat alles prima, geen probleem. Zo niet, dan verlies je gewoon flink wat tijd en geld. TrekInn, jullie hebben een ruim en veelzijdig aanbod, maar met deze abominabele consumer service komen jullie er niet. Een beetje meer respect voor jullie klanten zou niet misstaan

Useless customer service. Faulty product. Still no refund for over 4 weeks now. Do not use they are based in Spain and really don’t care about the uk consumer. They are so poor at communicating and there is no telephone number to call and no human to a actually speak to in a chat conversation.

Do not order from this company. They had incorrect sizing information on their website. When the climbing shoes I'd ordered arrived they were the wrong size. I provided evidence, screenshots from their website, screenshots of the shoe box. They refused to accept they'd made a mistake and told me I'd have to pay £11plus to return the goods. Wish I'd read the poor reviews here. Still no refund 5 weeks on. Communication is non existent and they do not reply to emails. Shockingly poor. That's £100 I'll never see again.

After six weeks of pushing back the delivery date, Trekinn have cancelled my order even though the item is still for sale on their website. Clearly they did not want to honour the sale price I paid. Complained but only received a generic response.

I ordered a pair of hiking boots, despite the mixed reviews on here. Delivered to Ireland per the timing given during the order, with tracking provided via email. Sizing was correct and the boots were exactly as I'd ordered.

Stay away. Do not use this company.

And item not arrived they said. Totally I lost £120
