PNR not validthrough tripify…

I have booked my ticket through tripify got an eticket but indigo shows no ticket confirmation
I have an emergency but not confirmed ticket yet. I have been a traveller since 2000 and havent seen anything like this . I request tripify to please give me a confirmed ticket which is visible on indigo app as well. The PNR i have is yet not valid in their system and it is traumatizing and exhausting. Please send me a number where i can connect for the situation and change my review here

I booked my ticket on a wrong date and…

I booked my ticket on a wrong date and I called triple within 2 mins of booking. When I called the trip was showing as pending confirmation. I requested for a date change and they didnt listen to me completely. I didnt travel and lost the ticket
