I have had the pleasure of using Truman's solicitors to act on our behalf for the sale of two properties over the past year. Unlike some of those acting for the buyers, Truman's, and specifically Giuseppe Columbanu, were incredibly professional and responsive at all times. Added to which their fees are very fair and reasonable. I can't recommend them highly enough, you'd be mad to choose anyone else!

Truemans solicitors Oxford facilitated the sales of 2 of my family’s apartments over the past year. Keshia Roachford oversaw the process on each occasion. She was most efficient and communicated well throughout.

All Trumans staff involved in the sale and purchase of our 2 properties were consistently professional, easily available on the phone and in person and worked diligently to represent us and our wishes. Trueman's agreed to advise me over two linked transactions then, some three weeks after first contacting them, suddenly declared they were not prepared to do the work, thus leaving me in the lurch. One of these was conveyancing on a house purchase, thus costing time on completion date and interfering with my plans. Throughout my contact with them, they appeared to drag their feet and had to be chased for progress. On email, it was a game of 'tag': being dealt with by one person after another, with a constantly changing cast of other staff copied in from their end. Tellingly, I never spoke directly to any actual solicitor: only front desk staff. They pleaded pressure of work when they stiffed me off - then did not respond when I asked them to return the payment I had made on account. I'm still waiting to hear back on that.

We were really pleased with the service we received when purchasing a new property.
Communication was great throughout and they made the whole process very easy.

We would not hesitate to recommend their services to others in the future.

A number of mistakes were made throughout the sale and purchase of my new home. Close to exchange I found out that i had been mis-informed about my purchase and have just found out that an insurance policy was taken out on my behalf, even though it was their recommendation to have one and I paid for it. Avoid.

It is the second time I use Truemans and again I want to thank them for their reliable and efficient work for such important life transactions. This second time, despite several unexpected changes that slowed the process they were responsive and continued to support the process orderly until all parts were ready for completion.
