Tina and Karen Chan were really efficient and helped whenever required. This sale floundered more than once but was picked up and eventually we completed.

Our first experience of selling property was entrusted to Truemans who came recommended to us.
They showed complete professonalism throughout the process and when we met a problem they helped us seamlessly through it.
At times it seemed that we were not receiving any information , but whenever we asked we were always informed that they were having to push the other parties for information and made us at ease.

Truemans Solicitors dealt with a purchase of my house. The whole experience was very straightforward and swift. It only took 2 months from instruction to completion. At first we felt that things were progressing quite slowly, but then realised it was due to the sheer incompetence of our motgage provider, Lloyds Bank. What we thought would have been a straightforward house sale, turned into a very stressful, drawn-out situation because of the bank’s total lack of urgency of the whole situation. We could easily have lost our buyers, Thanks to the constant bombardment by Louise, and mainly the senior legal assistant Giuseppe (and myself) by phone, email etc., we finally completed on 12th January. We were very happy with the almost instant reply to emails etc., with constant questions and updates. We were dreading the final bill after all the extra work, but it was pretty much what they had estimated, and everyone was paid very promptly from the house sale. Would reccommend. Staff have been quick to respond to my messages and during a meeting at their offices were very friendly and welcoming. Prices were very reasonable and I was constantly kept very well informed.

I have contacted Truemans for property service. First they didn't acknowledge my emails. Then I was told that someone else will deal with my request, but that person also didn't reply to my email. After new attempts to contact them I received email directly from the manager Michael Trueman that "He hopes I find the appropriate help". I have no more words

We managed to jump into the property ladder for the first time and we are unsure how the whole process would look like. We decided to use TRUEMANS and it was the best decision we made. Janet Maw has been an excellent conveyance who dealt with the whole process in a very professional manner, replying to all our emails or questions with no delay. Definitely we felt that the situation was under control with her. She had to deal with a few issues within the property which were resolved. Admin office were very polite, kind and very helpful every time we went to the office. Highly recommended Solicitors!

As a first time buyer, the entire process of buying a home and choosing a solicitor can be rather overwhelming. I used Truemans' after reading other positive reviews online, and was not disappointed by the service I received from Tina Webb & her team.

Although my transaction suffered a number of delays due to a long chain (outside of my/Truemans' control), Tina always replied to my emails promptly and clearly.

Some minor corrections to documents were required, but this is probably inevitable in a complicated and drawn-out process, and this did not negatively impact my perception of Truemans'.

I would recommend Truemans' to other people in a similar position to myself, and would not hesitate to use them again for future conveyancing needs.

This is the second time Truemans have handled a purchase on our behalf as well as the sale of our house.

From start to finish the team are friendly, polite and accommodating and are always on hand to answer any questions.

Karen Peacock has been simply brilliant, so much so I have recommended her to family and friends. Karen always goes above and beyond and really takes the edge off an already stressful situation. I really feel she has gone above and beyond for us and I’m truly grateful for her hard work and dedication to her job.
