From several years I m using these lights. They are amazing!! My house ambience changed and I have less expensive electricity bill. The installation is super easy.

I love them and I ve in all my rooms. My house is elegantly enlightened now.

These lights are not cheap considering that one of the two strip lights I bought now needs charging every few days, after only 10 months. Kind of defeats the purpose of trying to save on electricity and certainly does not match the hype on their website "lifetime guarantee, built to last". First of all they offered me 10% off next purchase which I rejected then they gave me a refund of a paltry amount, followed by an email saying this was an error, and a further email saying it must have been the way the lights were used! The second light is also showing a deterioration, needing charged much more often than previously. Having had my request for a partial refund refused, I've advised the company I'll be contacting my card provider.

Addition to post: through response to my review, Illuminate have asked for the detail of my issue so they can look into it. Here's my response to their response - I've already been through your customer service process and my refund was refused so the matter is now in the hands of my card provider.

The lights work exactly as I'd hoped and is super convenient. Customer service is very helpful. I would definitely recommend for people considering.

Looks very cheap and isn’t inexpensive. Not worth the money. It doesn’t come with anything to charge. Adhesive stickers on back will ruin surface. I do not recommend. Will “try” returning.

Very happy with my purchase of 10 light strips. They are versatile and work. It didn't take too long for the initial charge. Extremely easy to install. I put them in my various closets and the motion sensors work just as they should. I am now considering some for under my kitchen cabinets.

Love the fixture. It is perfect for my closet.

My original purchase was faulty and Jillian and the team were extremely accommodating, sending a replacement.

Product is great and customer service even more! I totally recommend this product...your spaces look fancy and more importantly illuminating your way without the need of turning on and off your main lights.

Very cheap plastic looking lights, not thin like displayed in the advert. Have emailed customer services twice and noone has bothered replying. 2 of my lights are also faulty and do not work.

Order #32934 , I was emailed again by this company ask why I wrote such a poor review 2 days ago, I replied and STILL NO RESPONSE and now thet have replied to this comment.

We have been somewhat disappointed with our four Illuminate 2.0 strips. Firstly, the charges don't last anywhere near as long as we had hoped. Secondly, the adhesive pads regularly fail, causing the strip to fall on our benchtop. One has been damaged. :-)

The good news is that illuminateCo responded promptly to my concerns and are sending us four sets of adhesive pads as well as a replacement strip for the damaged one which they have allowed us to keep.

We like the product and we're learning how to use it more efficiently in respect of conserving the batteries. :-)

Brilliant (ignore the pun) range of products with great battery life and excellent after sales service.

I recently placed an order for two units and had forgotten to include the discount coupon, as well as inadvertently marked the wrong colour. I wrote to them and immediately They confirmed they will change the order to the right colour and have credited me with the discount straightaway. Really good service congratulations

Product is deceiving. Fitted my entire kitchen with illuminate 2.0 lights and was disappointed that the dimming setting is only a feature when you're using auto mode, not the "on" mode. Followed directions on how to mount (waited 24 hours to attach light strips to magnetic plates) but the strips kept becoming unstuck from the bottom of the cabinets. Remounted them all with super glue, and now some of the magnetism has worn off from the light strips and the mounts are unusable. I am at a loss at how this can even happen, but if I had to guess it's because the lights kept dropping onto the counter. Also, charging takes an incredibly long time. This cost us a lot of money and it's probably the worst product I've ever bought.

Purchased x2 30cm lights and not happy with them at all. You literally need to be on top of the motion detector before it activates and need to keep moving to keep on otherwise they switch off after about 15 secs. Have them in the toilet so need to be close to them so you can wave your hand to activate otherwise your in the dark!

I ordered 3 x illuminateStrips at a cost of £94.48 on 22 January 2022. The lights are great but need charging regularly. The original metal fastenings didn't work so replacements were sent. Unfortunately, the regular charging impacted the charging leads to the point that they no longer worked. 2 new chargers were sent out. Unfortunately, the new ones don't connect to the lights at all so I am left with 3 lights that I cannot charge. On Saturday, I emailed to ask either be able to return everything for working replacements or a refund. To date I haven't heard back. Whilst I love the lights, at £94.48 and not working and no contact. It's quite a costly error for me.

Great light and exactly what i was looking for. But within a week most of the time it would only come on when I touched the dome. I contacted customer service, sent a video and they said they would replace it.The light is perfect for over my sink.I do wish it would stay on while I’m standing still for more than 17 seconds. And mine doesn’t have the ability to change levels of brightness but otherwise I think they’re really wonderful. I highly recommend these.

I accidentally ordered the wrong color lights. Emailed and they had it rectified within hours. GREAT customer service. I have the original version and love them just ordered 12 2.0!!

Absolutely love these multi purpose lights. We have one in our bathroom so that at night we have a soft light to use via the motion sensor rather than putting on the overhead light. When we have guests round, I ensure that the strips are fully charged beforehand and I then put them ON permanently to give a lovely glow to the room.
The adhesive magnets work so well - once stuck to the surface they stay put - and having the option to take off a lightstrip and use it elsewhere is so useful.
I can't recommend these lightstrips highly enough!
