Delayed Delivery and Lack of Customer Support
Two weeks ago I ordered a pump from Tubble, but to date I have not received anything. Tubble is aware of the situation but takes no visible responsibility and only refers to the transport company. There is also no phone number available to contact them, which makes the handling of the issue even more frustrating. I expected better service and follow-up from a company like Tubble.

Service is fantastisch
Service is fantastisch. Ik heb mijn derde bad onlangs besteld in 6 jaar en gebruik hem intensief. Heel tevreden over en super fijn product. Helaas was bij mijn derde levering het bad lek op de naad van het onder compartiment. Contact opgenomen en heel fijn opgelost. Klantenservice is alles! Zeker in deze tijden met alle bots en slechte service.
Het bad is een echte aanrader en verrijking! Hij ligt super en het water blijft heel lang warm.

Super service
De tubble die ik in maart gekocht had, kreeg een gaatje in de hoek in de naad; deze viel niet te plakken. Ik zou een nieuwe toegestuurd krijgen, maar de kleur die ik had was niet op voorraad. Ik mocht kiezen voor een andere (duurdere) kleur en kreeg er ook nog een "klein" cadeautje twv 40 euro bij. Super service, maar hopelijk gaat mijn nieuwe tubble langer mee 😀

Einfache Reklamationsabwicklung
Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Ablaufschlauch. Kurz dem Kundendienst geschrieben, ein Foto mitgeschickt und prompt war der neue Schlauch auf dem Weg. Super.

Nice experience
very comfortable, fast pump, I have had a couple of issues, but the customer service was fast and responsive. I find the soft bath, especially the head rest much more cosy then a traditional hard bath.
Anyway, the most important is a hot bath for a good nights rest + sleep.

Na het eerste gebruik was er een scheur…
Na het eerste gebruik was er een scheur ontstaan bij de rits van de afdekhoes ondanks dat wij de handleiding exact hadden gevolgd. Op onze vraag hoe dit toch kon gebeuren kregen we een heel invoelend antwoord en we kregen direct een nieuw bad toegestuurd. Wat een fantastische service zeg. En het bad is echt geweldig en heel comfortabel.

Plastic…
It smells terrible of plastic. It doesn’t go away even leaving it outside for a while day.
It’s not as straightforward to inflate and definitely lint to deflate, plus it has to dry first. Not very practical.
If delivered outside of EU, they deliver in multiple packages and each package has its own customs documents. So I paid 3x admin import charges!

Wij hebben inmiddels voor de 3e keer…
Wij hebben inmiddels voor de 3e keer een Tubble bad besteld in een aantal jaar tijd. Niet omdat het bad niet langer mee ging maar omdat wij er intensief gebruik van maken en toe waren aan een maatje groter of dat we het gewoon hygiënisch vonden hem een keer te vervangen. Het laatst bestelde bad bleek direct een lek te bevatten in de bodem en een van de randen maar dit is ontzettend netjes opgelost door Tubble! Wij kunnen weer met plezier genieten van een lekker bad!
