bilhetes para o oceanario de Lisboa

Vomlrei os bilhetes para o oceanario de Lisboa, não me enviaram email, procuramos no Spam em todos os lados e nada!!
Na bilheteira tentaram ajudar-me procurando no sistema pelo meu email, pelo meu registo etc e nada!!
Tive de comprar bilhetes de novo!
Acabei mais tarde por enco trar um print screem que por sorte foz no final da reserva online e fui novamente à bilheteira mostrar ,e confirmaram que de facto tenho reserva e nao foi usada!!
Pediram-me para reclarmar à Tui Musement por email, expus a situação, respo deram-me que nao a exposição apresentada nao e elegivel para reembolso e portanto nao tenho direto a ser reembolsado!!
Mesmo vendo que os bilhetes nao foram usados e que nem o Oceanario recebeu esse dinheiro!!!

Booked an excursion to the salt mines


Booked an excursion to the salt mines near krakow but booked with out transport in error I cancelled 3 days before and rebooked the same trip with transport. They have said it was not cancelled and will not refund as the same trip booked for the same day is with another supplier even though it was all done through musement

excursie piratenshow

In juni hebben wij een prachtige excursie geboekt op Mallorca, tijdens het hoogseizoen: het Piratenshow Avontuur. Helaas is deze excursie binnen zes uur voor vertrek door TUI geannuleerd. Dit is veel te kort van tevoren. TUI heeft geen duidelijke verklaring kunnen geven voor de annulering.

Volgens de voorwaarden dient een annulering minimaal 24 uur van tevoren gemeld te worden. Dit is in ons geval niet gebeurd. We hebben direct contact opgenomen met de klantenservice, maar zij konden niets voor ons betekenen, behalve het aanbieden van 10% korting op een volgende excursie. Hiermee gaan wij niet akkoord.

Non permesso recesso del contratto e servizio pagato il doppio del museo

Prenotato per errore una audio guida alla National Gallery di Londra.
Pagata il doppio rispetto il museo e sbagliato la lingua.
Subito contattati per recedere come da normativa, mi hanno addebitato il conto e non ho più avuto riscontro.

Really average Temple tour in Bangkokok

Really average Temple tour in Bangkok. Expensive tour but if fealt like they cheaped out with the guide (could barely speak english) and the lunch provided (not enough for the group). I would defintly avoid this company in future as all the other tours we booked with other companies were a lot better.

Day ruined & no support available when needed

Booked an excursion to a waterpark one week in advance. Confirmation advised that we will be picked up outside our hotel at 09:50am. We waited and waited outside reception, the bus did not turn up. No call, and no texts to explain what’s going on.

Called the customer service number 3 times, unable to speak to anyone and got an automated message to advise the customer service line is open from 10am - 6pm CET, I called at 10.20am!

Completed a web form instead to complain and received an automated acknowledgment but it’s now more than 24 hours on, nothing else.

My daughter was looking forward to this day out, and was supposed to be the highlight of the holiday for her. Extremely disappointing, especially as I specifically chose to book through TUI for reliability.

Please can you deal with my complaint, I would like a full refund and compensation for a ruined day please.

Not impressed

Not impressed, booked south island tour for thurs 3rd July only to get email the day before saying not going ahead and did I want to go on the 3rd or 5th instead???? Now telling me it is on Friday the 5th ( it is the 4th tomorrow).
I've had to cancel another excursion and still don't know whether my excursion with tui is happening tomorrow or Saturday. Not impresses and certainly won't use them again.

Do not use this company

Do not use! We were sold a boat trip through our holiday company. Unbeknownst to us they used this company to supply it. The bus was late so we were last to arrive. There were no seats other than in the smoking area. 6 hours sitting in smoke! It’s a partially enclosed area next to the toilet! No signs. They said a rep was escorted us on board. The rep left us at the bus! Never made themselves known on the boat! Didn’t see them again until the return bus! They offered a 10% discount on another trip which is a joke no way we’d use them again! £246 wasted! No duty of care whatsoever!

Edit: they have offered a £25 refund! What a joke! They are now calling us liars saying we enjoyed the trip and that there were spare seats! There were about 4 seats in different parts of the boat! Yes we enjoyed the 3 hours walking round Lindos not 6 hours of chainsmoking around us! Passive smoking what joy! Money matters more to this company than health!

Edit 2 in response to TUI musements reply! They offered a £25 refund of a £246 trip! We asked for 50% which isn’t unreasonable given the lack of care on their part. Do not use this company! They say they want to offer the best customer service. What a joke! Their version of customer service is beyond lacking! It’s disgustingly poor! They do not care once they have your cash! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

What’s also odd is that they ask you for feedback on their customer service yet if you select “bad” you can’t submit the review. Positive reviews accepted only!

Unser Tourguide Macht Mut war einfach großartig – extrem zuvorkommend, herzlich, witzig und mit beeindruckendem geschichtlichem Hintergrundwissen. Dank seiner Leidenschaft und charmanten Art wurde dieser Tag zu einem der schönsten unseres gesamten Aufenthalts. Eine absolute Empfehlung – besser geht’s nicht!
