Online staat aangeven dat er nog tickets beschikbaar waren voor Sagrada Familia. Na betaling krijg je een bevestiging te zien dat de tickets per mail worden toegestuurd. Helaas, kregen we pas een dag later per mail een reactie dat er toch geen tickets meer beschikbaar waren.

As previously explained my issue is that Musement had already been advised, you may well have had a further email confirming this (although the email you sent to me looks highly suspicious)
The rep in the hotel was able to tell us the trip was cancelled and confirmed you had been advised, in fact he explained the trip was no longer offered therefore it was never going to go ahead.
I am really surprised that TUI would operate in this way and that anyone would think this was an ok way to treat customers.
As I have already explained I want to book holidays and excursions with organisations I trust to be ethical and honest and that will put their hands up and accept when they get things wrong.
Booked a trip via website for a 4 night break to Morocco.
Got all confirmation emails including one on the morning before.
During a chance conversation a member of staff in hotel advised the trip was unlikely to go ahead as they no longer booked this trip and advised he would call company to check. In the meantime I emailed Musement. The hotel rep found us and advised it has been cancelled and Musement had already been advised.
About 4 hours later (not even 25 hours before the planned trip) I got an email from Musement advising it had been cancelled.
This left no time to book anything else before we came home.
I complained as it was obvious Musement had not passed on information when they knew and Musement continually blamed the local guy which made me feel really cross as I know it was not his fault.
Musement offered a £30 voucher (with a short shelf life) which I find insulting, this equates to £10 each which does not even scratch the surface of the disappointment.
I have emailed TUI twice and been ignored.
I would love to feel I could trust Musement or TUI again with holidays and excursions but this has demonstrated a lack of integrity and respect for their customers.
It appears it's safer to book with local rep's and source holidays via other operators.

Een regelrechte schande ! Je boekt om park Guel te bezoeken in Barcelona. Je krijgt bevestiging dat je je tickets zult ontvangen. Je ontvangt niks, de dag erna informeer je, en zeggen ze dat er enkel ââs avonds nog plaats is. Je vraagt je tickets, duurt eventjes en dan plots krijg je te horen dat het enkel de dag erna nog kan, terwijl je al terug vliegt naar België !

We purchased an event through the official TUI website and paid £140 each. Some weeks later we noticed that the ticket price for exactly the same level of tickets was 50% cheaper on the official TUI website. I contacted customer services and they were unhelpful. I explained that their policy violates Treating Customers Fairly, and they have ignored me. So I have no option but make a complaint to the European Ombudsman. We are really disappointed and will not consider purchasing with TUI again.

Ik kocht gisteren tickets voor wat ik dacht het real Alcázar in SevillaâŠ. Als ik mijn aankoop vervolledigde merkte ik dat het enkel de audiogids betreft en niet de tickets voor het paleis. Waarom zetten jullie dit bovenaan bij de mogelijkheden? Zodat je je zou vergissen? Ik kan het ook niet meer annuleren. Aangezien alle tickets voor het paleis uitverkocht zijn, heb ik nu enkel betaald voor een audiogidsâŠ. Wat moet ik daar nu mee?!? Heel slecht aangegeven op jullie site. (Expres?)

Boek NOOIT een privé transfer bij dit bedrijf!!
Bij aankomst op de luchthaven geen persoon aanwezig die ons op kwam halen. Bij telefonisch contact , bleek het telefoonnummer onjuist! 2 personen van onze touroperator zijn 20 minuten bezig geweest om betreffende chauffeur te zoeken maar bij na vraag bleek niemand ( van de mensen die er stonden) voor ons te zijn. Bij contact via de mail, welke via een tussenpersoon verloopt kregen we als reactie dat er wel iemand had gestaanâŠ.. dus we kregen geen geld terug. Op onze reactie op die mail wachten we nog steeds. Wil je dus geen â¬80 kwijt zijn( als je met zijn tweeën reist) en nog kosten om alsnog bij je hotel te komen. Raden wij je sterk aan geen privé transfer via dit bedrijf te boeken!!!

Wir haben eine Key West Reise gebucht diese sollte mit dem Bus von Miami Beach nach Key West stattfinden.Man hat uns dort bei der Agentur nicht im System gefunden.Wir hatten das Original Ticket dabei was uns aber nichts nutzte. Wir wurden nicht mitgenommen.Damit war unser Urlaub in Miami so gut wie gelaufen.Wir wollten unser Geld zurÃŒck da es ja nicht unser Fehler war.Jetzt behauptet die Agentur in Miami das wir nicht am Treffpunkt waren und somit keine RÃŒckerstattung stattfindet.
Auch die Behauptung wir hÀtten den Bus verpasst und den zweiten Bus hÀtten wir auch verpasst,stimmt nicht!Die Fahrt mit dem Taxi zur angegebenen Adresse hat uns 100Dollar gekostet weil wir pÃŒnktlich sein wollten.wir waren 30min.vor Ãffnung des BÃŒros dort
Ich werde in Zukunft nur noch vor Ort am Reiseziel meine AusflÃŒge buchen.
