Tutor LMS is a great option for course creators. We were looking for software to host our own courses, and this is the one. Special thanks to Srijoni for all the support we got to solve some issues and keep our brand identity while using the software. 100% recommended.

A good set of features and a fantastic customer support.

The prompt assistance I received made my experience great. The Tutor LMS Team assisted in troubleshooting issues on my website, and gave expert advice. The Team is always ready to help.

I am using Tutor LMS for about three years now. So far, all went pretty well. I am not an expert in webdesign so I had to ask for help from an expert to setup the basic design so that it looks professionally. Now, the courses go very well. The feedback that I am receiving from students is really good - they experience the LMS as professional and helpful tool. Tutor LMS provides the functionalities I need: Zoom integration, self-learning, content drip, quizzes and certificates. Of course there are some customization limitations: I would like to turn of the star-rating, or use the quizzes differently - but at the end there are ways to make it work. From time to time - mostly after updates from wordpress or woo commerce - functionality is lost. Support is usually quick in helping with resolving it. Is tutor LMS a perfect tool: I don't know - for me it's 90% perfect I would say.

Themeum/TutorLMS provide reasonably quick support in a concise, helpful and goal-oriented manner. This is what software support should be like.

Extremely Bad support, they take very long time to reply and when they do, they answer very wrong, really bad support.

I had issues with integration between Tutor LMS, Wordpress and Stripe. As a complete beginner, I felt lost and out of my depth. I was dealt with by a lovely agent! Srijoni (my agent) was highly knowledgeable, professional and courteous throughout the process from start to finish. I’ve been using Tutor LMS for a while now, and honestly, it’s one of the easiest and most complete LMS plugins I’ve tried on WordPress. The setup is super straightforward, the interface feels natural, and it works smoothly with the other tools I use. Creating courses, keeping track of students, and checking progress is all a breeze.
But the real highlight? Their support team. Anytime I had a question or needed help tweaking something, they got back to me fast and with real solutions, not just copy-paste answers. They genuinely care about making sure everything works the way you need it to.
If you’re looking for an LMS plugin, I’d definitely recommend giving Tutor LMS a shot
