It is when support is supportive that we feel we are not just a part of an automated system. Thank you for being there for our needs, be they just as simple as "where is that button now" or more complex.
I have been using Tutor for 4 years now, and still havent started using all the features, but looking forward to utilizing more, and see its development as a standalone system of more than just a learning/teaching platform...

I can't recommend Tutor LMS enough! After struggling with other solutions, switching to Tutor LMS felt like upgrading from a bicycle to a sports fast car. The intuitive interface, powerful features (content drip, course bundles, live classes, gamification; you name it), and rock-solid performance have made managing my online academy a joy. It was also given to me a competent and kind technical support.

We’ve had a very positive experience with Tutor LMS. The platform is powerful, flexible, and allows us to structure our courses in a professional way.

What really stands out is the support team. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. In particular, Dip provided an excellent solution to a specific issue we had with course visibility inside bundles. The explanation was clear, practical, and improved our implementation.

It’s great to see a team that not only provides a solid product but also takes the time to support their users properly.

Highly recommended.

Creating the course content itself is straightforward.
However, tweaking the design, layout, and features is often a major point of friction and definitely needs improvement.
That said, the support team (Laura and Dip) is helpful and addresses most issues effectively

I've been setting up an online membership platform for my wellness studio and Tutor LMS turned out to be exactly what I needed. The bundle and subscription features work great for my use case, and the overall setup is surprisingly straightforward even without a technical background.
The WooCommerce integration runs smoothly, and being able to combine courses into a subscription bundle saved me from needing a completely separate membership plugin. The interface is clean and logical once you get the hang of it.
The only thing to keep in mind is that the German translation requires some manual work via Loco Translate but that's a minor thing and totally manageable. Support documentation is solid.
For small studios, coaches or solopreneurs looking to sell courses or memberships on WordPress, Tutor LMS is a genuinely good choice. Recommended.

The best LMS platform now on the market. Very good experience with the support team but sometime their feedback can take a few days.

I was completely redoing my site with new Theme and all. The database was not transferring and I needed this update done today. Once TutorLMS office was open I was able to contact a Support Tech and get the database fixed and moved within an hour. My only request would be that the Support Tech once assigned a ticket was able to do a live chat with me instead of a note system back and forth. They are always helpful and knowledgeable.

once I start using tutor LMS I wanted a simple learning management system with an easy interface. for a moment I felt that I made a mistake since I wanted so many features that are not in tutor lms . and for a moment I was ganna cancel my subscription, but I am glad that I spoke with " Laura.g" she guide me through the system and how to apply some features and what to do. by the way, the Guide documentation that were in the tutor LMS was not enghuogh and sometimes they broke my site. I am using wordpress.com, not wordpress.org, and that's why I have some limitations. So Laura.g understood this, and she walked with me step by step until finally I had all that I wanted. She was patient despite how obtrusive I was. Until now, I am very happy with my tutor LMS and I have everything that I need. Thanks Laura!

I always find the team at TutorLMS so friendly, professional and quick. Especially that last qualification is really helpfull when I have an issue I created myself, can't undo or don't know how to solve.

I recently started using Tutor Pro LMS and needed some help setting up my website. I was lucky enough to get connected with a customer support agent named anim07, and the service was absolutely fantastic!

Not only did he help me install the app and the theme, but he showed incredible patience when we ran into technical roadblocks. My theme wasn't loading properly, and anim07 took the time to dive into my cPanel and adjust several PHP settings until everything worked perfectly.

If you are considering Tutor Pro LMS or are struggling with your setup, I highly recommend reaching out to their support team and asking questions. Huge thank you to anim07 for making a stressful process so easy!

Issues with the guest checkout

I had issues with the guest checkout and asked the helpdesk for support. It took a few days and then the helpdesk got the problem fixed.

This false advertisement.
You cannot do anything with just a click.
Their AI integration is a complete joke.
Their AI agent is not primed at all, it’s not even an AI agent, it’s a glorified integrated AI chat bot that’s so limited in it’s capabilities that it’s completely worthless.
They don’t even know their own code format to import quizzes, you have to manually create everything.
I really wish I could get a refund.
