Tutor LMS has been one of the most reliable tools I’ve used for building and managing online courses. The platform is intuitive, flexible, and packed with features that make course creation smooth and efficient.

I have had two problems recently with Tutor LMS, both have been dealt with very quickly by the support team.

Dip Saha worked tirelessly to get my payment gateway back on line even though it was another WordPress plugin causing the problem.
He done an excellent job, Well worth the money we pay you.
His boss needs to give him a pay rise as he is a credit to the company.

Tutor LMS has helped me create my academy, and while there are things I think they need to improve, such as student access, some emails, and the integration with video call tools (not all registered emails appear due to security concerns), beyond a few minor details, the team is incredibly helpful and explains everything you need. That's why I'm giving them 5 stars today, because I believe they'll continue to improve with the feedback we users provide. Thank you!

Great plugin and great support. I found some bugs using TutorLMS with Oxygen builder. But since I moved from Oxygen builder to BuddyBoss it works pretty good. The LMS works for french certification Qualiopi.

I’ve been using Tutor LMS for a while now, and I can honestly say it’s one of the most complete and user-friendly LMS plugins available for WordPress. The interface is intuitive, flexible, and integrates perfectly with other tools I use. Building online courses, managing students, and tracking progress are all incredibly easy.

What really makes Tutor LMS stand out, though, is their amazing support team. Every time I had a question or needed help with a customization, their team responded quickly, professionally, and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked perfectly. Am working on making a course with Tutor LMS + wordpress and Elementor.

There are a lot of things I like about it, the course delivery interface is nice. However I have ALSO had a lot of technical bugs and their pro support is awful: super unresponsive and unhelpful. For example: after 3 days they respond saying "send a screenshot" and the interface won't let me upload a screenshot).

I just paid $500 for a product that promised pro support and that's a straight-up marketing lie. If my project gets put on hold for days every time I have a bug – and this system definitely has bugs, from the emails to the payment systems to the editing interface – how on earth can I ever move anything forward? I have two support tickets that have been open for over two weeks to solve issues that should be minor.

Now that I have been using TutorLMS I honestly would not recommend it to a friend.

Tutor LMS Pro stood out for one simple reason: it gets the job done without unnecessary complexity.

The structure of courses, lessons, quizzes, and assignments feels natural for both instructors and students. It’s flexible enough for advanced users, yet simple enough for quick setup.

Support has also been responsive when needed, which is important for educators who rely on stable tools in their programs.

It’s not perfect like any software, but so far it’s been the most balanced and reliable LMS solution I’ve worked with on WordPress.

As an instructor, I even recommend it to my students inside my training programs whenever they start building their own platforms.

The certificates are not displayed properly on IOS devices, they show misaligned text. I tried contacting support but they didn’t help at all and even stopped responding. Although many users are facing this issue it’s not addressed by their developers. Not recommended since their support doesn’t care.

We had a small deviation in our platform and the TUTOR LMS team responded very professionally and quickly, solving the problem and reestablishing services to our customers.
