Received the Tynee stinger about a week ago. It arrived quickly and any questions I had were answered quickly.
The board is amazing. I live in a hilly area and I'm over 100kg. It gets up the steep hills with the motors remaining cool to the touch. The ride is smooth and it feels so agile. Also great on rough roads thanks to the 105 boosted clone wheels.
Tynee are a great company 10/10

10/10 customer service, 10/10 reliability, Owner of the company prioritises consumer satisfaction and safety over profit. Something many other companies don’t provide. The board itself is great, and would recommend for beginners as it is easy to use.

Each board tries to fit a different niche which is great. But that does mean that many won't be perfect for edge cases like myself. But the Tynee team sells all parts individually and many are cross-compatible so that means you can make a board perfect for you! That's my plan with the Mini 3 SL, I'm going to make it lighter with a smaller battery that can also travel on airplanes and shorter with lower risers. How do I know this works? Because the Tynee customer service team is super helpful and responsive. Honestly they are top-tier customer service that I don't even find normal in my home country here in the U.S.

I've said this before, but buy from Tynee if you can first. Then only if you really can't find anything from them that works for you, you should look elsewhere.

I got the mini 3 sl for $600 CAD but it feels like it's $1500 or more. Excellent motors and everything. I would recommend.

Got AT conversion kit from Tynee and I did not regret.
The trucks are impressive, good and very stable.
I live in Ireland where the roads are very bad full of cracks and roles making it really difficult to ride with street wheels .
Amazing product, and also superb customer service provided .

Firstly, the board (Tynee Mini SL) has been perfect. Ive put 300 miles on it and it performs like new, no issues. Ive been able to go above the advertised MPH as well.

Secondly, the customer service is top notch. They respond to emails and provide advice or service tips. They respond to messages on Instagram and repost my photos. They are even active on Reddit.

I can’t recommend them enough, I’ll be buying a second board here shortly.

Tynee products are excellent. I purchased an Ultra skateboard, and the value for the price is outstanding. Plus, their customer service is top-notch – always responsive, attentive, and helpful. The brand inspires confidence! I highly recommend them!

Great Product and well worth it
The Tynee team goes above and beyond from the product to the customer service. The boards provide plenty of speed and torque for a thrill-seeker, or enough range to get you around. The Tynee team is quick to respond and willing to help with any problems you might have, they have a ton of support to make sure you have a great experience and your board works as should. Tynee is an outlier in E-Boards for its performance at its price and would recommend for anyone in the market.

What an amazing company. From ordering to shipping everything went really well and quickly. I placed the order for my Tynee mini max and put the country name in English instead of Portuguese which came back as address not found. Was contacted by customer support to rectify my mistake. They say the shipping will take between 2 to 6 days. Mine took 3 days. Super fast. The unboxing experience is super nice and the board well what can I say, it is amazing. The pictures don't do it justice. Really good quality, well built and the gear drive is a work of art. In the box comes a complete maintenance kit for the gear drive with spare parts. It came with a UK plug and Portuguese plug. A really nice letter from Aiden with some stickers. The price is really good for what you get and with 5 star customer service you cannot go wrong. I highly recommend Tynee boards.

I literally struggled with my skateboard and YouTube DIY videos because I wasn’t thinking that the customer support was gonna be the best until I finally gave in they assisted me not only with providing me with the parts that were broken but guided me along the whole process among fixing my skateboard absolutely love this company from the day I got the skateboard Loved the company when I couldn’t ride my skateboard and I love the company now I will 100% be purchasing my future boards with tynee

My Tynee Ultra is very fun to ride around, but I wanted to write a review about their customer service. The remote that came with my board stopped working, but after DMing them on Instagram, they helped me find the issue, and sent me a new remote very quickly. This is honestly one of the best customer experiences I've had, as they responded very quickly, and were very nice and understanding to my situation. If your looking for a good board with a good price, and good customer service, choose Tynee!

I'm loving my Tynee Mini 3. I have had it for a few months. Lots of fun on it. I like the company replies to emails quickly.

Defects I found in the board are sort of minor but hope the company can improve them. The mounting bolts started rusting soon after I started using it. The very bottom back of the board is not protected enough, when doing a board pickup it gets damaged easily. Carrying the board in your arms is hard and uncomfortable, a handle would be useful. The remote is great, but if on, you can accidentally trigger the throttle easily when you put the remote in your pocket.
