The product arrived to poland within 6 days and its quality is great <3 i ordered a mini 3 sl with the bigger 105 wheels and i use it everyday since i got it -loads of fun <3

I purchased two mini 3 SL boards. One for my 11 yo son and one for myself.

The communication and delivery was excellent. I live in the UK so the boards came from Germany. I upgraded the wheels and I think they came from the US? Both were fine.

The boards themselves are excellent. Build quality is solid, and they are MORE than quick enough for a skateboard!! I’m 80kg and it rides really well, climbing hills with ease. Ours has the smaller battery but we’ve never got anywhere near running it flat, even after we’ve covered a significant distance.

I upgraded to the cloud wheels. They’re not cheap but well worth the extra cost, they feel sure footed even at hi-speed. The video shows us riding over a recessed tram track and you hardly notice.

As you can see, the dog even likes a good run out too - smiles all round!!

I want to say huge thanks to Tynee support service that helped me out with my order confusion. Didn’t expect such a fast and effective response and that it would be so helpful. Thank you so much! Amazing job!

Awesome boards! I got my Tynee Ultra Belt - a great product for a very competitive price. It includes 105mm wheels out of the box already, a good range battery, and is easy to carve, and a nice flexible deck with plastic deck protectors on both sides.

The delivery to Spain was fast (in about a week) from Europe's warehouse in the Czech Republic, delivered by local DHL for free which is much better than local post. That was one of the most important pros about Tynee - they have a warehouse in Europe so delivery takes days instead of weeks or months, I would definitely not want to wait up to 30-50 days for delivery from China.

So, in general, I love Tynee products! And I hope they will work for a long time for me :) I also hope Tynee will have success as a company and will exist for a long time on the market as well, they do a great job in this field!

I found Tynee to be a good company producing great eBoards. I asked questions before purchasing my Mini 3 Max that were promptly answered. The board was shipped quickly, very well packed with lots of extras. It's a well designed and extremely powerful little eBoard. The included Abec adapters allowed me to replace the included 105mm wheels with 111mm Abec11 wheels. (I did have to add risers to accommodate them). I also added wedges and swapped bushings to adjust the setup to my taste, easily done with the included tools. Overall a great experience. Highly recommended

So I ordered the Tynee Explorer on New Years Eve after five years of looking at boards. So far I’m so glad I chose Tynee. The pre-purchase customer service was great. All questions answered quickly. The shipping was fast. I think the board arrived in my hands on the 8th Jan and I’m in the UK! The board looks great quality and in my first short trial was absolutely rapid! The board is such a great spec for the price and easily beats the competition, especially the Evolve Hadean which is less spec but almost double the price. Everything was easy to set up. The app is great. Spares included in the box were also handy… if I was to have any small gripes they would be that… the tyre inflator included in the box doesn’t have a psi gauge and yet there is a warning in the board that you must inflate the AT tyres to 31psi.. not sure how they expect you to do that! Secondly the bushings on the board were way too stiff for a rider of my weight (about 70kilos) and as a result the turning circle was terrible… couldn’t turn the board around tight corners at all! ( I think I may have solved this by ordering some riptide bushings to give more flex) and lastly I feel a little misled after being told that the 31st was the last day of the Black Friday sale which rushed my purchase a little and not told that on the 1st January a New Years Sale would begin and leave the board at exactly the same price! The board is also heavy.. I think they all are to be honest but I was surprised… definitely not something you can just pick up and sling under your arm at the supermarket!
Other than those minor points I am delighted with the board and can’t wait for the roads to dry up so I can really out it through its paces.

I bought a tynee mini 3 and a battery for my other tynee skateboard. Before I placed the order, I did my research, tyneeboard.com company had great reviews and sold excellent boards, the tynee mini 3 pro is the best mini electric skateboard on the market. The guys at tynee did me a great deal on my board and extra battery. The customer services of this company did not let me down, I would highly recommend you do lots of research before you buy. Tynee are the best.

All in all they sell a good board, I have mine for 3 weeks now and it doesn't seem like there are any problems with it

I bought a tynee branded skateboard impulsively and tried to cancel the order immediately and am now being told there is no return. I went with tynee because I kept seeing reviews saying that they have great customer service but that has not been my experience. It seems to me that they DON'T CARE... The return and refund policy on their site is contradictory... The site says that I could cancel the order but then the representative via email told me that the warehouse that ships the boards is run by robots and really there was never a way to cancel the order before th robots shipped it off.... Everything that I've been told or read, has been contradicted. I am not pleased and I would like my money back.

The people at Tynee in China seem very genuine and interested in you/me the customer. Their electric skateboards are hand built from quality parts, and they hold warehouse stock on the major continents so shipping is fast. My Tynee Explorer shipped from Germany and I had it arrive in five days with no nasty shocks like customs duty or crazy postage costs.
I've bought a quality board at a fair price and it does everything it says on the packet and a whole lot more. I'm impressed with Tynee and their Team.

I bought a Stinger electric skateboard from Tynee and it's incredible. It rides like you are surfing, once you get used to it. It is beautifully made and with the Caguama 87mm wheels I fitted has an utterly ridiculously fabulous range ( I did ten miles today with hills and didn't lose a single bar on the 544wh battery).
The deck is really comfy too and I have as much space, if not more than on my Meepo V5. The foot positioning is superb too.
The power it has is way beyond my need, but you can tune everything via the Tuya app that comes with it. I ride quite a lot of hills as I'm in Devon but it copes easily in gear two!!

Smooth communication. When I first tried my Tynee Mini 3, I burnt one of the belt motor in a steep slope. Aiden was very responsive and helpful. After a few tests, I sent me a new motor, plus extra belts and pulleys for free. Since then, everything works fine again!
