Myself and my partner decided to go with UKMO as we was first time buyers and had zero knowledge about buying a house or even where to start. After calling up and speaking to them we was already impressed about how efficient and professional they was.

After multiple issues with the sellers solicitors UKMO stepped in time and time again to quite literally save the day. If it wasn’t for them we would not be in our first home now. I could honestly go on and on about how much they helped us through this process.

Anyone who is a client of theirs is very very lucky to have a customer orientated business behind them as it’s very rare these days.

I would finally like to say a massive thank you to Arron, Jason, Steph, Angela and Tania who made the process so smooth.

We have had fantastic service from start to finish with our remortgage. Ashley was our initial advisor for the fact find and gaining the agreement in principle, he was polite, timely and professional. We were then passed on to Steph who dealt with the rest of our remortgage process, she was excellent at communicating with us, updating us, fighting our corner with the lenders, and chasing them up. We have been so impressed , we will definitely be contacting yourselves again in 5 years time when we are next due to remortgage! Thanks again.

The UK Mortgage Office made the whole experience of moving house, a lot less stressful. We had to change our mortgage a couple of times throughout the process and this was not a problem for them at all. They were always really fast. Tania and her team made us feel really calm and relaxed about everything, and nothing was too much trouble for them. I would highly recommend theses guys for arranging you mortgage.

As an ex Mortgage broker with 12 years experience, I knew I wanted the best.
The UK Mortgage Office were strongly recommended.

I was still astounded at how detailed, wise, efficient and well researched my options were by thr incredible Tania Buckingham.
Even after I changed my mind on the houses and amounts many times!
Was on probation at work too.

From the seller accepting my offer, the Mortgage App, to Mortgage offer was only FOUR days!
Just what you need in the current housing climate. Due to her pre research, talent and wisdom it was possible.

It resulted in my favourite lender, incredible low rate fixed for 5yrs = my dream Mortgage.

Then I had the famous Angela Heyes and Steph Martindale as Case Managers throughout the process.
In 12 yrs of having caseworkers myself, I've never know such efficiency and chasing of 3rd parties. I had nothing to do, they recommended and chased the Solicitors, Estate agent, Survey, everyone at every stage. Esp good for me working full time.

It isn't possible to have a better service, so please do not hesitate to use them.

Great service by Angela. Got me a good deal on a mortgage and then dealt with everything from then on. Kept on top of my super slow solicitors too. Without them it could have taken much longer to complete. Can definitely recommend

Tania is the best mortgage advisor I could have asked for! I will recommend all my friends and family to her in the future. I was a young, single person first time buyer. I tried several mortgage advisors before Tania and pretty much got told it was impossible. Tania tried everything to make sure I could get a mortgage and we got there in the end! Tania was SO helpful and no question was a silly question. Couldn’t have done it without her, so so happy!!

My mortgage went through nice and easily with my mortgage advisor sorting and helping me understand exactly what was going on as I am a first time buyer and do not have a clue! My mortgage was completed within 9 weeks from viewing the house!

Uk mortgage brokers are so good, friendly and helpful . My mortgage took longer to complete but they never stop checking and advising me.
